1 ★ Dont you guys read these? You have this blanket explanation but you never fix stuff. Ive had problems with it saying im off line when i really arent. Ive had lots of problems but now the hospital. It freezes up completely and you have to completely exit from the game. Not worth playing because you vant get anywhere once you get to the hospital.
2 ★ After an hour of playing, seems like would be fun, if could play. Constantly freezes and lags. Has some bugs too, like I cant change my player name, keyboard doesnt open when click on the box. Edit to dev reply: don't you read reviews or play your own game? Almost everyone says same thing in reviews. I'm not your debugger
5 ★ I love this game I find it relaxing and challenging and addictive but enjoyable,I am so disappointed I have emailed you twice and the problem remains unchanged I' am now on level 24 and unable to progress because the hospital locks like other players have also written all checks have been made but nothing changes but other loadings are carried out successful it is a shame.
3 ★ Nice game but has a lot of glitches . Purchased through hospital but everytime I click on it to build it, the whole game freezes, the same happens when I try to double my daily reward. It's also super hard to build roads, the road building tool is so confusing to use.

1 ★ Your game has bugs that keep people from playing. Stop telling people that it's their devices and just fix the game. 99% of people are not going to put in the effort to email back and forth with you. They're just going to uninstall and move onto a game that works. Hitting uninstall now myself.
4 ★ Was enjoying game until i had to buy the hospital, it freezes the whole game! i notice others are having the same problem and i am sure we are not all playing on the same devices, so it must be a bug in the game. If you could fix that it would be great.

3 ★ It's got potential to be a really fun game however the road building tool is junk it dosnt work half the time drawing roads should be easy but the tool dosnt have a smooth operation to it also it needs more decoration for one square like trees and gardens flower patches would give a higher rating if these would be available
