1 ★ One of the Worst Apps ever. Still waiting to claim my winnings which was won last Saturday. Been given the run around when I reach the Customer service representatives. Definitely not worth betting on this app. Can't even give it 1 star.

1 ★ Do not play this app. On 12/9 I was winning and wanted to cash out at Planet Hollywood SB. They called up and said I could not withdraw due to fraudulent activity. Then he said to come back in a couple hours, and I was told NO again due to fraudulent activity. So I have sent 3 messages in to see what that activity was and crickets. Never play on this app. They will let you play and play and not get your money out.

1 ★ Trash withdrawal method for 30 min does not work process is slow af no customer service reps or supervisor don't know how to do nothing to help or escalate and escalate team moves slow everything is trash about this app now when they used to be good!!! Wow never will I ever bet with this app it's trash

1 ★ I wish i could put 0 stars. There is nothing positive I have to say about this app. Makes you log in every time you open, constantly freezes and crashes. Which caused me to deposit 100 4x because I hit submit and nothing happened and I hit it three more times. So now it has taken 300 extra dollars I didn't want to add. And I didn't even put a single bet down yet! Absolutely awful experience and everyone at customer service are no help at all. 0/5 stars

3 ★ Unlike other states Caesar's app there are no bonuses for betting. Yes I get that I am in Vegas, but throw in a few bonuses and I will use the app more than going to the window!

1 ★ As a gambler you take the losses and deal with it. But when you have a bet that wins and they count that as a loss and take money from you that you technically won is beyond frustrating.

1 ★ Cannot verify location after multiple attempts. Even the customer support was of no use. Atleast a website would be feasible but not an option for nevada.

1 ★ This new change from William hill sports app. To ceasars sportsbook has caused problems with me opening my app. I can't make bets on my phone anymore. Most of the time when I make bets through a live ticket writer,it's not ceasars. If I can't get my phone app. started again I wish Ceasars would send me my balance to my P.O.box 33681 Laughlin,Nv. 89028. This change over to has really screwed things up for me. Way to go Ceasars.

5 ★ I still like it. Never had issues when I first started using it, but lately, there have been constant connection issues, and error messages keep popping up when trying to bet.

1 ★ This all started out good and then it just tanked. It has crashed multiple times while waiting to place bet. The bets buffer before they are actually placed if the market doesn't close before it goes through. I am going back to BetMGM. Straight ridiculous trash.

1 ★ Too hard to make choices...I enjoyed the old William Hill. WH was easy to follow when making bets, picking teams was so easy, placing a bet was simple. It was easy and.

1 ★ Very very slow after update 10/19, if you click off the app for even a second. You have to restart to get up to date info and game/ score refresh

2 ★ They pay quickly using my debit card. Money transfers quickly from my bank. Problem Is they are behind sometimes. Game is over they haven't updated for hours.

3 ★ I gave it 3 stars because when you trying to add funds it takes forever!! It won't hold your password long you gotta keep logging in. It also take forever trying to place a bet!!
