Description
The Proximity Project uses a very sophisticated physics engine to deliver the most realistic flight possible - THIS IS NOT AN EASY GAME!!! If you're looking for something easy, I suggest Angry Birds - if you're looking for a game that challenges you and rewards your efforts - The Proximity Project IS IT!
An "Easy Fly" setting is now available in the Settings menu. This makes the game a lot easier, but limits the types of tricks you can perform and your maneuverability. This is like flying with training wheels on - if you want the full experience, practice and get good with the default settings!
This game is ad supported and ads can be removed for a small in-app purchase. Also when first opened most levels are locked - you can unlock *everything* in the game without paying any money. To do that you must score a certain number of points on each level. To see how many points a level takes to unlock, and which levels you must complete to do it, simply tap on the level. If you do not want to spend the time flying and earning the levels, you can unlock it all for another small in-app purchase.
TIP: On the "Short Cut" level, don't take the short cut! Fly to the left or right and stay low!

3 ★ I like the pick-up and play design, it's easy to control, feels nice, and has a great arcade aspect that really keeps me shooting for higher scores. But it's not without it's flaws. A few minor gripes would be the incredibly disjointed difficulty curve, in which some levels are harder to beat than the levels they unlock, and the lack of not only an option to quit during gameplay, but any options regarding sound altogether. All in all, the game is fun. It's unobtrusive and simple, two qualities I quite enjoy
4 ★ Not a bad time killer..and it gives you a rush of adrenaline as you wind through the mountains... Wish there were a little more things to do.. Like fly through hoops, or race against other skydivers..and would be nice to have more trick ability's... But overall not a bad game:)
5 ★ This game is Perfection. Usually i download play uninstall im wvery fussy with the games i have but this game will stay in my phone forever. Its the most fun i have had with a free game and feels so real at times. 10 out of 10 and thankyou
4 ★ Played for 20 minutes and I'm hooked. For the first 10 minutes I was wiping out everywhere then I got the controls handled and I'm putting myself in every little valley,grotto,animal trail to push my limits. Great game
2 ★ But a rookie economist marketed this game. I say rookie because the incentive to unlock the whole game for $8 is dick-squishingly transparent. It is possible to score 400,000 points to advance levels if you spin for the entire level! Which is stupid. No one spins like that.
5 ★ There should at least be a camera setting that keeps the camera independent from the flyer!! Like it use to be!
5 ★ I like flying games, jet fighters and such, for the speed and freedom of movement. I never thought to look up games like this and found it by accident. Stunning...in a word, you buggers, you got me proper addicted! Adrenaline, anticipation, edge of your seat kind of game, would give it more than 5 stars if I could....sod it 10 stars, pat on the back and all that. Don't know if or how it would work but could you manage some kind of cinematic replay? Cherry on the top.
3 ★ I really like this game...smooth, fairly easy but way too sensitive. It would be great to have more things to fly through, other than just gates! Also, it'd be nice to know what kinds of tricks we can do, other than barrel rolls! I've also found that the controls are insanely sensitive, but not all sensitive to "lift!" Causing me to not come out of a nose dive easily (if at all). I'd also like some music. I like the wind sound, it seems realisic, but I'd like the choice, wind or music! Good game overall Additionally, the objective for the level flashes on the screen so fast you barely read 2 words and it's gone... It'd be nice to be able to read it through before it disappeared!
5 ★ For a free app it's a lot of fun. The controls are good except for doing tricks. Or its just really hard. Lol. Give it a try. Builders need to make the directions more easy to access. They just flash up for 2 seconds before the. Game starts
5 ★ Great game. East to get to the final levels etc. If the developers could maybe add some racing against others and more flights with caves and obstacles that you could fly through bit would make it even better
5 ★ Thanks for this game. I've found loads of time killing games in the past but this one is definitely a favourite of mine. Some control issues such as starting with my phone (galaxy s5) level and finishing with it at 45°, but apart from that a great game all round.
5 ★ It is great as far as free fall and body control, but no canopy ride to a target. This would make for a super game which people would pay more for. Tumbles or gainers would add a lot too.
4 ★ Finally made it past the freestyle level to more challenges. Hard game but enjoying it. Would like to be able to advance through quantity of runs in addition to a set score. Still don't know how to do any tricks.
4 ★ Honestly, I played a competitor before this, and it was way easier! So getting on this, I was like no way! This is way, way to difficult! And was about to remove it, and decided to give it another shot! The second time was the charm! And what saved this for me at first was the more open world and graphics, but man! I am seriously addicted! This game, after i got it, is freaking rad! I cannot stop playing! Do not do easy fly, after 2 runs on freestyle, it'll come to you...I promise.
4 ★ very nice execution. I'd like to hear some music, while in the menus at least, maybe play your own sound track in flight. Oh, and please make the game pause on battery low messages! Crash, bounce, spin! Great game!!
