2 ★ After new update the game hangs up on playing on ads and no game buttons are visible, one has to restart the mobile and to log in again to acess the game. Even it is unknown where the prize for special events has gone even after completing the tasks. This is a continuing again and again.
3 ★ Has been quite unstable as of late. Not sure if it's a software issue, or a device issue. Hope it can be sorted soon. I loved this game untill recently , when the issues started. Maybe an update will cure the issue. 3*s given because of this latest issue. Hope you find a cure..
1 ★ After spending £5 on the starter pack I never received the game began to freeze, I closed the app reloaded everything seemed fine,watched an ad to claim a freebie and all the tabs went. Closed the app again reopened it still not there. I checked memory all fine, web connection all fine reopened and won't load. I undownloaded it reinstalled it and crashed as it started up. Not happy I spent for something that won't work. I would NOT recommend this game at all to others!!!
4 ★ This game is good but all sudden on the iPad and on my phone the game is constantly Frozen it won't pass the loading screen when you first start the app I guess the game is broken my city was getting so big and I think I lost it now try to reinstall in the game didn't help stuck on Citytopia Splash loading screen on myself shows black screen on my iPad 7th generation 10.2 in it's stuck on loading screen but is not frozen y'all need to fix this app I love this game don't know what else to do
2 ★ Game has got really good potential.. installed it, bought the starter pack an from there game starts lagging an when hints pop up to do something it wont actually let me do it.. needs a big update to sort all the problems occurring.. then I may change star rating..
3 ★ Good game but when I click on the play Visio.for free cards.i have to reload the game don't get the free cards and all the icons disapiar of screen.and I would have given 5 stars if this issue would be fixed asap.it would be great also if more cards could be free and more regular.thanks for a great game
4 ★ Typical city building game but the layout of the city is already made for you. The level ups and introduction to stuff in the early game is a constant interruption but once you move past the early game its a lot smoother.
5 ★ Edit: thanks for the rollercoaster bug fix! Upping to 5 stars because this is a great game, I really like the card mechanic and the music. I find it relaxing to play.
2 ★ I really like the look and style of the game but I struggle to receive coins from special offers or buildings. This is really annoying as I am essentially losing profit.
3 ★ Its a good game, but it is always freezing and I have to come out of the game and start a fresh . Thats why I have scored low also am struggling with some slots on how to get more even though I have updated the cards.
2 ★ Very disappointed, when i farming my coins after updating this game my coin is not received and I'm very upset! I activated all event on expensive cost but don't get anything cz lag! After updating and my coins not coming back

4 ★ Been enjoying it, but recently (mid-Nov 2020) the app crashes very frequently hope they resolve the issue soon.
1 ★ Fed up with this game now. If you watch an ad it doesn't give you the free cards or money and the game freezes
3 ★ I am going lower my rating as this new version become pathetic its taking so much time to update the coins and i am not able to upgrade my building even if i am having required coins and cards. Also not able to start the events in some event section. Kindly make it right ASAP
