3 ★ I think this game had a lot of potential. The story was well executed, but as you started enjoying it, it finished. It's prelude I understand, but still it left me wanting more. Sad part is that the game sort of forces you into decisions to progress it. i know some decisions are stupid and you deserve to die but scarring the character could make a better story than "you're dead try again"

4 ★ The gameplay, story, writing, UI design, art, just the basic overall idea of telling a story through a chat app - all 5 stars. The game app itself is very heavy on battery, however, and it's fullscreen, so it's not easy to see the battery on your actual phone. My phone shut off while playing as a result, causing some kind of corruption in my save file, requiring me to restart the game from the first chapter. I'm replaying now - the game is worth it - but the app's stability and performance need work. I also played the Mage game and loved both that and this - definitely make more games like this in these universes!

1 ★ I like the concept and the artwork is great. However, it was difficult at times to understand people. I don't like any of the characterizations of people, and I also don't think that the groups presented are depicted as they actually are in White Wolf's RPG world. Overall, it felt as if they tried too hard to be "artsy" and I believe it did a great injustice to the Clans and Sects involved, especially the Tremere. I felt more and more repulsed by the grotesque writing style. It felt as if I'm reading a bad drug-induced trip the author vomited into a non-coherent storyline. It leaves me feeling grossed out, uneasy and unwilling to give this another try.

1 ★ Thought it was eh but after replaying I can't pass the final battle and have tried every branch. Got stonewalled because I didn't grab a specific item in an earlier chapter, I think. :/

3 ★ It was ok. Zak's overly wrought dialogue was very much a reflection of his personal style, and not as much the game. I felt at the end I was playing in Zak's world , not White Wolf's... It's fun for a moment, but becomes stale and tedious after a while.

1 ★ The game started out enjoyable, and I was even considering buying the other mage game. However the recent update wiped my save file, and I was nearly complete. Unfortunately I can't recommend buying a game that resets saves whenever there's an update.

5 ★ Choose your own adventure story style game done via "text messages." I loathe Free to Play games. I prefer to pay with money up front than be nickled and dimed or blasted with ads. I love this adventure game. I felt totally immersed.

3 ★ Does anyone know if you can get an actual messenger with the interface of the one in the game? My current one is terrible. Oh, and yeah, good game. Game plays is virtually non existent but it looks cool and the VtM video games were all about the writing anyway.

3 ★ As I played through the story I found that nearly all my choices didnt really mean much of anything . The only choices I found to do anything at all are if you killed the bus driver or the lady you're in to on the bus, and weither or not you steal the letter opener in the second to last chapter. The first choice just changes which choice in later questions is your "not dead" choice. The second being the most important because without stealing the letter opener you cannot survive the final chapter. The most upsetting choice being the one almost at the start of the game where you get to choose either the gun,the bump key, or some quarters because you never use them. All in all I love the design of the gui which functions properly i enjoy the art choice in the game it makes me think my buddy is a malkavian.the only real gripe I had was the facade of choice this honestly could have been a click through book and the story would have come through better.

5 ★ I love this game. Gets some nice VtM lore in there, the plot is interesting, characters are good, art and sound great. It's a simple pick your own adventure type thing, just expect that and enjoy the story! Update has fixed the Seattle story bug, made the arc better. You get a couple of replays out of it and hopefully further updates will add more :)

4 ★ You're paying for the name. The conceptual design was horrible. I would have preferred a choose your own adventure based narrative rather than manually clicking through trying to figure out the "correct," answer to get me further.

1 ★ I've never seen such a piece of trash in my entire life. I can't believe White Wolf stamped this app and I've been a big fan since the 90s. Texts are written as if we're a 13yo on coke and crystal meth all the time. Discussions don't make any sense at all, artwork is so bad you can't figure out what you're seeing. It's just garbage, line after line after image. Nobody would say those things, nobody would text in those moments, nobody would "draw" or "paint" what they just saw and send it to a friend, that's ridiculous. If there really was a Wyrm putting on thrash for the soul on the market to corrupt people, that would be it. Read the other 1 star comments, they say it all.

4 ★ It's a wonderful little Choose-Your-Own-Adventure game for those familiar with VTM. The writing and artwork are both excellent, and perfectly capture the World of Darkness and its existential horror. I'm not sure how those unfamiliar with VTM would find the game, however

3 ★ Hard to understand, writing is boring, not really have choices, weird stuff like people drawing in 1 second and take a picture of it instead of just taking a picture of the place? Still enjoyed it cause its a vtm game. But the lore was weird also, some of the tremere are more tzimitse than an actual tremere... And well sucks to play a homeless junkie that even as a vampire he is a thinblood. I give this somehow a good rating cause I do respect white wolf and want them to succeed.

3 ★ It's ok. I don't know if I would be reading this story if I wasn't already into VtM. Haven't got the the end yet. Actually, I recently restarted the story because I wiped my phone and forgot to make a backup first. A cloud save/bookmark option would be nice. Story itself seems good and maybe it was a design choice but Case needs to learn how to write sentences better and use some punctuation - sometimes it's hard to understand what he's trying to say because he can be close to unintelligible.
