1 ★ I enjoy the games, but twice when I have purchased additional credits they have disappeared. The first time I wondered how I could have used them all. The second time I know I did not since I had purchased the subscription and already completed all the special issues with the puzzle I like best. Completing a rating here seems to be the only way to contact the developers

1 ★ Used to be my favourite app, but it's unusable now. The game just freezes as soon as you open it and in fact, it freezes my entire phone so I can't even close the app until I restart my phone. Went from the best puzzle smartphone app to worthless, unusable garbage just taking up space on my phone. I have kept it installed in this state for 2 whole weeks and they don't seem to be trying to fix it, even though multiple people are having these issues. Time to uninstall, I guess.

1 ★ The app has been unusable for far too long now. I used to use it daily but the app locks upon loading every time for several weeks. A way around it is to play in aeroplane mode but this allows only for 2 puzzles a day. Another way around it is to find an alternative puzzle app which is what I am doing since the developers do not appear to have responded to anyone here about this ongoing serious issue. Subscribers with issues, cancel subscription as they will respond and act when income drops.

1 ★ Now unistalled. Freezing phone & App won't got to sleep. Don't bother. Fed up of the adverts crashing my Galaxy s10. Have to repeatedly force stop the app!!! App now won't load past the 1st screen, so can't choose a day, let alone any puzzle to do. It freezes the whole phone, then a close app, wait or give feedback message pops up. Choosing feedback, the screen changes briefly, then disappears, so not able to provide feedback! This started 3 or 4 days ago, so I've not been able to play at all!

4 ★ massive improvement but at least the daily 8/10 puzzles shouldnt need tokens. There are glitches where we lose many rewards everytime we exit the game. Plus - there has to be some coding to ensure all recommendations are not of the same type of puzzle. I have all four Crosswords for the last two weeks! Often rewards of completed tasks hasn't been given and I have lost around 5000-7000 token though I have done all the needful acts/events. I wish that could be reimbursed.

3 ★ I love this game, but please please please can the developers fix the game. I have left feedback explaining the issue but nothing is being done. Its so frustrating and clearly there are many of us experiencing this problem. I was a daily player but as I can't get past the daily reward page I'm unable to complete any puzzles. I've not been able to use the app for weeks now and it's very frustrating. Please help.

1 ★ New permissions are unacceptable. Tried to sign in today and it won't let me unless I give it access to Camera, Contacts, Microphone, Body Sensors, SMS and Storage. Why in the heck would a puzzle app need to get into my camera, contacts and microphone? I've enjoyed the content in spite of the ever-growing # of ads shoved down our throats, but this is too much. It's disappointing.

5 ★ Enjoying the different range of puzzles and Learning new ones. scratch that, DEVELOPERS .... I can load the game but cannot go any further, it just flashes on the date but when I touch it nothing happens... this has been going on for 3 days now, very annoying. UPDATE.... decided to uninstall and reinstall and now game is working. Suggest only to do this if your game is backed up as mine is so went straight in where I left.

2 ★ I loved this game and would have given it a 5 star rating except I can't play the game any longer. The app loads to the main page on my lg g7 thinq and then crashes interactivity with my phone, so I can't even watch ads or play the puzzles or even pull down my notifications. Eventually the os kills the app and then I can interact with my phone again until I open the app again. I would love to be able to play this again.

4 ★ A bit confusing to navigate at first,but OK. Edit: I came here to see if there is a time limit on the free games. I've been playing for 4 full months, and on 01 July suddenly there are no more daily puzzles. I can access the collections, but they "cost" twice as much (ie, you have to watch twice as many ads) to play. Where are the daily puzzles? New Edit: Came here, saw update button, updated, found new puzzles. Thanks for letting me know, guys.

3 ★ This app needs an update, badly! First off, I absolutely LOVE this app! It offers new puzzles daily with huge variety, it's a great concept and I play almost every day. However, I wouldn't recommend it to others. There are ads before and after every puzzle, the mechanics are very clunky and sometimes don't respond at all, the app slows and overheats phones, it freezes up during gameplay, and honestly, it looks really outdated. I started looking for replacements. Please, appynation, update.

4 ★ It won't let me sign in with Google, Facebook, or email. I don't know if anyone else has this problem. Cloud sync still works though. Overall pretty good game with a lot of different puzzles in one. Definitely recommend if you don't mind watching ads to play. I typically watch a bunch of ads in a row until they run out so I can load up on tokens. Usually when I'm watching or doing something else.

1 ★ I love this game and play it daily but since 06/21/21, it has crashed. I can't get past the daily token rewards page and it doesn't respond to anything I have tapped on. On 06/22, it did work like normal and let me play 1 game that day and 2 games from 06/21 before it froze again. I left multiple feedback messages. I don't want to uninstall it. So sad to go from a five star app to nothing.

2 ★ I have been playing Puzzle Page off&on since 2018. Since playing this year I have realized that the ads are way up to the point of not enjoying it. You have to watch between 2 and 4 ads to gain enough tokens to play one puzzle and then watch another ad when you're done with the puzzle. The cloud save malfunctions so I've lost a lot of progress due to this. I have played days in a row and each new day it'll have my consecutive days at 1 so I only get 10 tokens. It's not worth it to me anymore.

1 ★ I loved this game. Played it every day. But it hasn't loaded past the title screen for the past few days, rendering it unplayable. And no sign of it being fixed. Update - Since this post... Absolutely nothing has been done to fix the issue. Still impossible to play. Sort it out!!!
