It's written their that can wait for 30 working days and now it's more than 30 working days but still I can get my tokens back. Pls help me about this

1 ★ I can't pkay with the game anymore due to unclaimed tokens in the field. Every time i tap the claimed tokens it appears that 'no ads available' hope this issue can be fixed asap.
