2 ★ I want to love this!! But I've been paying for a subscription for over 6 months now.. and rarely am able to use it because either I'm having password issues.. issues with it loading at all, or it's not registering that I'm paying for the app! It's so frustrating :( my kids love it when it works.. but it's making learning impossible when I can't even open the app.
1 ★ This game is fine and all, but you really need to update your old games, and allow us to play the Jumpstart 3D Virtual World series again. Think about who your audience is, it mainly isn't young children, but teens and adults who played JS games when they were younger and replay them or share them with children in their lives for nostalgia. By refusing to update World of Jumpstart, not fixing the jumpees, refusing to update Math Blaster, not allowing us to play the 3D virtual world games, making Supersecret unplayable, and even neglecting Magic & Mythies (I really liked the concept but the game itself was sadly underwhelming), you're just alienating that playerbase.
5 ★ I remember playing Jump Start as early as 6 years old (year 1999) and I can certainly say that it played an integral part on my cognitive skills until I graduated college. Now I have a daughter, I want her to experience this fun learning app as well. However, I've searched every software store here in the Philippines but to no avail. It would be a great help if you can help me find jumpstart softwares for Grade 1 that can work on laptops.
1 ★ My kids have been loving the app, but it has now been stuck on one assignment that says it's not working and we can't move forward. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing has helped. I paid for a 3 month subscription and now we can't use the app. Can't directly contact anyone to resolve the issue. What do I do?
1 ★ As soon as I open the app to get started I am asked to answer 100 friggin grade 2 math questions and it KEEPS GOING. DOES NOT STOP. I don't know if this is a bug of some sort but I don't have time to be doing the work I've already done. I've deleted this app because it's annoying AF
1 ★ Very disappointed and would never recommend this app. We also have a subscription and keep getting "something went wrong, try again." We've been trying unsuccessfully for days. Have reached out through their help but have heard nothing.

1 ★ It only boots to like 5 or 6 characters walking in place. It won't go beyond that point. I thought it might have been loading, but it's past a decent loading time.
1 ★ Even after paying membership for 2 months it still said I I'd not have a membership. No easy way of canceling membership either, I had to search through the websites to find a way. Still waiting to see if it works that way
2 ★ i paid for a month subscription and than all the sudden it stopped working. i tried reinstalling and it still doesnt work. The level my son is at seems to be having technical problems. So i cancelled my subscription
1 ★ My daughter was unable to use this app due to constant buffering or log in issues then when I decided I'd had enough I cancelled the subscription & uninstalled the app but it still charged me the next month. Way overpriced and unusable
5 ★ I love this app cause at the preshcool my mom has she has alot of 5 year olds and they always want to play on my phone but the things on my phone are not age apropriot and they would not understand this is perfect it has many games inside the one for more fun.
2 ★ Excellent material! Awesome learning, my kid loves it. But super glitchy and freezes everything when gets to one spot.Would love it if it just worked smoothly.
1 ★ My daughter loves this game. But every couple of weeks, the app stops working and says I'm not a member, even though I'm being charged. Contacted support and no response.
1 ★ I have not been able use the app for my son ever since i download it. The app just says that it's loading but it just shuts down all the time and I think you guys have charged me already for it but the thing is my son never even use the app.
