Classic:
Player who pops the most balloons is the winner. If a balloon hits the top, then the game is over. (Balloons spawn rate increases gradually over time)
Timed:
Player who pops the most balloons after a certain amount of time is the winner. (Constant spawn rate)
Unlimited:
No rules.
