1 ★ Wow!!! What a HUGE disappointment. I thought you would be able to earn real life rewards Like hotel stays, money, Concert tickets discounts at restaurants. You can but the only way to earn that is to purchase chips. The math does not add up and it's not worth it. The cheapest packages is 29.99 that earns you 1 point. You need 25 points to buy a $25 gift card. (The cheapest prize they have) So you spend 750.00 to "win" 25.00 in free play. Do you think I'm that stupid!? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

5 ★ I really enjoy this app other than the slow start up of games and the your account is already linked to this account notification upon opening. When its time for a free spin all it ever gives me every four hours is 100 coins most of the time. It upsets me when there is only 1 100 on the wheel amongst all the bigger numbers. With some time on the app it performance has improved. Other than the low fortune wheel every 4 hour bonus chips . I enjoy this app and recommend to all who enjoy playing

1 ★ It is a casino for over 18s that you put money in and don't have any option to withdraw!!!! Its like putting money in a casino to win without the ability to withdraw!!!! I saw something about putting £499 in for a bonus!!! Why if you can't withdraw any wins? I don't understand what anyone would put money into this for honestly I would rather have the ability to withdraw money. This app is one of many where its the exact same as gambling without the ability to withdraw!!! Pointless needs reported

5 ★ I had downloaded this app about 6 months ago. I dealt with the limited coins, and the app looking bland but after i linked my card to the app i couldnt get passed "ERROR- ACCOUNT ALREADY LINKED" so i uninstalled it. Now here we are MONTHS later, i reinstalled and right off the bat i get that damn ERROR again. Uninstalling and never looking back!! BYE! ☆☆☆☆May 9 2020 - ok so I like Winstar casino- gonna give their app another chance . Plus they got me by offering free chips 4 five stars. LoL

1 ★ Update 3weeks--- still waiting on my refund for unauthorized charge. Basically I need to feel better knowing they have best investigating the $70 . .. Make sure to check your account for charges. I am currently having issues with them refunding unauthorized charges, especially when I show proof from the app it wasnt purchased and my account shows a charges. I will update if fixed, how long it took them to fix it and the difficulty. Hope no one else has the same issue. Sad... I use this app alot.

3 ★ It's fun. But the free coins should be 2 hrs and the getting stuck on and turning off while playing needs to be fixed

1 ★ I was disappointed in this app. I thought it had info about the casino. Where the restaurants are. Where my favorite machines are. Concert info. Maybe there could be a different app for that.

1 ★ Couldn't get any of the games to load up. Deleted the app, will just play on my laptop which works great!

1 ★ The last few days, when you log in, and you're supposed to get daily points, it scrolls and scrolls says error and you don't get any points !! It happened at least 6 times the last 2 weeks. I'm getting really tired of messing with it. What really pisses me off, is when it says error then doesn't recognize that you're logging in, and goes back to day 1 of log in's.

4 ★ Price of chips are too high. But amount of free chips everyday is great. Can you make to where your games can be played while phone is in a vertical position, instead of horizontal?
