Please note that scanning is done from inside the application, not from phone settings.
After first installation please accept location services, close and restart the application. Press BLE button to scan for Quantum.
Application will not collect location, but this is current solution for BLE to work. Location service will be removed in a future version.

How to install QUANTUM CDT radio remote on Windows using Bluestacks

Step 1: Download and install Bluestacks

Download the latest version of Bluestacks at https://www.bluestacks.com, the download may take a few minutes.
