You're afraid of flying? The Fofly app was created to help you overcome your fear.
You find:
- Explanations and tips regarding the technical aspects of all the phases of a flight: We analyse together all the situations you will face from your arrival at the airport until landing.
- Methods developed by a psychologist to control your fear: Through the work of our psychologist, you will develop the key that will enable you to understand and rationalize your fear.
- Relaxation music to listen to on the plane: This original music, composed specifically for the application, will help you relax and transport you "elsewhere" through the various ambient sounds.
- An exercise to control your breathing through cardiac coherence: Based on breathing techniques, this exercise will help you slow down your heart rate, in order to experience each flight in a relaxed and serene manner.
