1 ★ I'm still waiting the validation of my account (2 weeks now)

1 ★ I booked a car, when I got to the place the car wasn't there. I tried cancelling and it didn't work. So not only did I lose my money but I then discover that I got banned from the app. Despite my attempts to reach out they will not provide further information. And I'm not the first to whom it happened around me. I do not recommend, use Yuko instead.
