The ACJU Hilaal App is astep forward in the development of accurate Hijri months calendar for Sri Lanka, which is strictly based on the sighting of the crescent with the naked eye, in compliance with the Qur'an and the Hadeeths of our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him).

Main Features of the Application

- The lunar calendar converter of ACJU Hilaal App is developed based on Sri Lankan(local) Hilaal sighting
perceived with the naked eye since of March 5th 2003(corresponding to 1st of Muharram1424 AH) to date.
- Date conversion from Hijri to Gregorian and vice versa
- Historical information on special dates are recorded briefly.
- Reminders on the dates of Ibaadah in advance

We will be continuously working towards to progressively update this app, so please provide useful suggestions and report any bug reports so we can help make the application better.
