You need a CM12.X/13 based Custom Rom with the CM Theme Engine.
This theme works the best with CyanogenMod. If you're using another custom rom problems are inevitable.

FodC CM12/13 Theme supports Arcus!

Installation:
• Download the theme
• Apply everything in the settings
• Reboot your phone
• Enjoy the new colors!
