We, at joJOBa, are an on-demand job matching platform targeting the working class of Indonesia. This space is currently untapped as most job matching platforms focus on executive jobs. Our focus will be to help the millions of workers that today are struggling to get a job match through the traditional channels by introducing a smart phone application

What problems are we trying to solve? Simplify the job matching process faced by blue collar job seekers. These people are often not well connected, don’t have a CV, email or even a computer. But as smart phone penetration increases (planned to hit 100 million users by 2018) they will be able to use the joJOBa app and be matched with an employer. joJOBa will help to match & rank potential candidates reducing HR’s headaches. Utilizing the hire function of the app allows the candidate to automatically have their own online work history (CV).
