minor bug fixed

This app shows you without wasting time how many bits are used to a binary number,
what are the bits rise,
and what is the maximum number that you can write with those bits,
enter decimal or hex decimal then hit convert for display in green bits active , use the buttons to toggle a bit and read the result.
decimal to binary to hexadecimal.
I created this app for me, but I want to share it,
any advice is welcome
