Apples and Pairs is a challenging game where players have to match words – either words that have the same or the opposite meaning.

The cards are laid face down and two cards are turned over at a time. The object is to flip pairs of matching cards. Advanced users can also match phrases and sayings that are common in English but rarely taught in the classroom.

All the cards must be correctly matched before you can advance to the next challenge. This can be done by identifying the correct sets until you find the last one.

It is an interactive way to revise and learn new words as well as having fun at the same time. There are over 1500 words, which provide hours of studying on the go. If you don't know what a word means, you can look it up with the apps built-in dictionary definitions.
