4 ★ Daily usage, bill view & notify, outage map, and all usage charts work great except unbilled usage chart. Must download!
1 ★ Aside from being the worst utility I have ever dealt with...this app is attrocious. About 80% of the time I have zero daily or weekly data, (or any data) news feed is perpetually broken, payments take days to register (very slow). Only 1 positive..fingerprint recognition..
1 ★ Doesn't work on Note 8. Tried several times to access says email and password invalid. Even attempted to register with account number and it also states invalid. I almost didn't download after reading bad reviews but thought I'd give it a shot because there were several replies stating problems were fixed. But evidently not. Uninstalled 2 minutes after installing.
5 ★ I dont know about some of the other reviews but on my verizon LG G5 running latest firmware it works Great. Sawnee keeps you informed very well about any situations in their service that they have been made aware of. Bill pay, charts etc. work very well. As often as Google tweaks or changes Flavors of android; If there is an issue with the app i feel they do a good job at working on it and patching it in a timely manner. Thank you much.
