1 ★ For several times, i had successfully used this app. After that, i have ordered for one day delivery service, but my order's has never been came up until i was writting this (it was more than 24 hours after i ordered it), i couldn't cancelled it thought, it is very unpleasant. I called the store, but there was no answer. I chatted the health consultant, but there was no answer also. I don't know what to do then, but i lost my money for sure...
1 ★ Purchase and transfer on 25/6/2021 for One Day Service. Until today 28/6/2021 the medicine has not been received and there is no money back guarantee when they failed deliver the medicine on time.. There is no respons when ask for information using health care feature. I thing this is not realiable apps, especially when you're in critical condition. What a Bad Experience... :( :( :(
1 ★ I think the service is good. Turns out it's been 24 hours no response at all. Even though I chose 24 hour delivery. And even more disappointing it can't be cancelled. So I'm confused whether to buy elsewhere or not. Because I really need the medicine. There is no call center either. Chat not answered.
1 ★ Very very bad application i ever had. First time i can order by self pick up but second time i only can choose one day service 1x24 hours you said!! I'm really need that medicine, but it already more that 24 hours and there is no confirmation. Very bad health consultan bcz there is no respon. Totally dissapointed.
2 ★ I've been using K24 for a couple of times and it's been good but recently I have been having trouble using the app. It keeps saying connection failed even though I have stable connection so I can't do anything. I tried uninstalling and installing again and still no luck and now I can't even sign in.
1 ★ Yesterday i wrote about how bad this online shopping works. And today i got an email saying that my order had been cancelled and the money was refund as POINT for next transaction. NO!!! I don't want a POINT. I am not going to use this app anymore. Please response my email. I want my money back to my GoPay, which i use to pay my earlier order. Other app use this system too. If the customer was making payment using GoPay, then the refund going to their GoPay too.
1 ★ My order #03d96cda dated 27 June 2021 has not been received till today 1 July 2021. I've been chat health consultant, customer service and sent them email with screenshot. But there is no respons. I had few transactions before that was late, but this is outrageous.
1 ★ Very disappointed waiting for the medicine which is said to be delivered 1x 24 hours and after 24 hours and until today it's been more than 2 days 29/06/2021 it still hasn't been sent. After contacting the pharmacy, it turns out that what I ordered was sold out to other buyers? seriously??? and worst of all there is no cancel order button the response of the health consultant is also very very slow! Honestly, Kapokkkk if it's handled like this using k24klik

2 ★ Doesn't have a Cancel button and you can't check if the product you're buying is ready stock or not. My first order failed and only get 40% refund and have to wait for 10 days to get refund. Sorry about my English.

1 ★ BAD SERVICE!! I need this drug for my sick baby and live chat didn't reply at all, not even a solution from customer service email. Though demand of drugs is high nowadays, CS / live chat should be able to provide information and act as a bridge between patients and outlets. What would you do when u need a drug badly and it was not clear whether u will have buy it from somewhere else or wait for K24 to send it to you. The drug was then sent to me... A WEEK LATER, when it was not needed anymore..
