5 ★ Wow! Now granted this is my first trail cam of this kind with cellular connectivity but it is slick and easy to use. Reading through the bad reviews I have a feeling most of these people are not technically oriented. I am and I experienced no difficulties installing, configuring or using this app whatsoever. Highly configurable and very intuitive.
1 ★ After 4 hours of frustration trying to get the app to even load with every attempt coming back saying network failure after trying numerous phones uninstalling and installing the app numerous times it's all the same results a loading symbol for hours shut down the app reopen app try to sign in right back to loading sign done with this junk will be returning it to the store tomorrow wouldn't recommend this to anybody
1 ★ Originally had no issues for 8 months or so... Got a new phone, (Samsung s21 ultra) and now the app won't even download... bet I still get charged for my account though. Nice not being able to use my cam.
1 ★ 99% of the time the app or the internet will not let you in to see any images. The old app works great. 2-6-21 App fully updated. GSM still over charges monthly. On the lowest setting recieving less pictures than what the plan says it will do and still get over charged for supposedly going over! Got charged $2.40 for deleting 1 camera! A RIP OFF SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS FROM TEXAS BUT THEY GET BACK WITH YOU SEVERAL MONTHS LATER. ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!
1 ★ Edit: I cannot understate enough how bad this product is. Months later, virtually no problems fixed. Won't buy another Muddy product until they seriously redeem themselves.The software and camera honestly is too new and it seems little testing was done on the Muddy Manifest Verizon cameras before releasing them. I'm not confident my two cameras are functioning properly as I haven't gotten a single picture in over 2 days in a high traffic area. Customer service has yet to get back to me as well.
1 ★ After 3 or 4 days the app said my account was suspended. I still haven't gotten thru the free 30 day trial. I call them. No it's not suspended. So why can't I view pics. I have to go to the web page to view my pics. The app still alerts me when I have a new pic. But it still says I'm suspended. When clearly I'm not. Fix this hot garbage of an app please.
5 ★ Hopefully someone sees this before disregarding this Ap or the Muddy Cameras. We are using them to assist Border Patrol as we speak. Get GOOD Batteries, GOOD SD Card, and find locations with GOOD Cell Service. If you want more Quality photos get the better Model but MUDDY works great. Be sure to UPDATE the Cellular Connection. Hope this helps you guys. You can't beat the price for what you actually receive. #STOPCHILDTRAFFICKING #BORDERWARSAZ
5 ★ Wow! This is the coolest thing! For a small monthly fee to get pictures from the ranch camera daily w/out being there! We've learned so much more about the movements of the wildlife! I love it!
1 ★ Ok this is getting RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! I ordered 4 cameras and yet to receive a confirmation number or confirmation on that my order has been shipped or delayed!!! Everytime I call I am on hold for an hour then get hung up on two things need to happen I need confirmation of my cameras or confirmation that my money is returned or legal issues are going to be taking this is a piss poor ran company!!!!!!!!
1 ★ App is okay, but camera is horrible. Poor quality photos (even at best resolution), poor motion sensing, & new/good batteries completely dead in 3 days (after barely any activity).
1 ★ After a month, finally heard from customer service to see what I was doing wrong, even after doing everything they said. Cameras still don't work. I suspended my service and will be getting something that actually works
1 ★ Pictures are not great, if they come through at all. I wish I had spent my money on a better quality product. Very disappointing.
1 ★ Unable to show successful firmware update. I update the firmware on my WXA but it keeps going into my stealth cam REMOTE app instead of the COMMAND app.
