2 ★ This app needs to be improved upon, its too basic, doesn't have subtitles features, can't expand to full screen or tweak the video screen, can't cast directly to TV and no playback feature, once you leave the screen the video goes back to the beginning which is very annoying. This are some of the thing the developer should look into in their next update.
1 ★ At first I was enjoying this app,but since last year its a total waste of my data and subscription,before a series next season is uploaded it take months,cos I only enjoy the series unlike the regular movies that are old and one can easily download elsewhere. You guys should really work on uploading new movies like other top apps.let me know what am paying for.if the amount can't give me such privileges to watch new movies,plz us know.
1 ★ This app and it's staff are nothing to write home about. With all the incessant calls and WhatsApp messages to subscribe... and after subscription you will have to pay money again to see the movies,Don't even get me started on the agents that were suppose to help you download and send to you, those ones don't even reply you or answer their calls. In a nutshell, the whole app is a turn off. Pls listen to your past and present customers to find your solution. Refund me also, it was a waste.
2 ★ Was subscribed about a year ago and was considering re subscribing but after reading all these reviews I see it's not going to be worth the trouble. How hard is it to create a platform that can work efficiently?? IrokoTV you are leaving a lot of money on the table by not addressing these ongoing issue with your platform. I had high hopes but yet again the "Nija mediocre mentality" has prevailed. I guess I just have to stick to Netflix and Amazon Prime till you can get your act together.....
1 ★ Although you are encouraged to "download" movie, the app does not let you watch it until you , confirm your subscription for every viewing. This is rather annoying if you do not have internet access . I downloaded moves to watch on a flight and suprise! Suprise! I could not. Until this is resolved they should be Frank with customers. The jock is this was not the case for the older version. It's a down grade. Its 2021 and the app is not better. Can I retract my 1 star it should rated 0.✍😂😂
1 ★ I would definitely not renew my subscription after it's expires. I have been subscribing for 2 years now. After watching an episode, you can't watch the next. And most importantly I have to use a Google chromecast to cast the app to my smart TV. It's very annoying, all other apps cast to the TV effortlessly only iroko TV gives me issues
2 ★ I have noticed this when downloading. Whenever I'm not on the app (being minimized), it stops downloading (working). Why does it work that way? And can it be resolved?
1 ★ Disappointed to say the least. I was pestered for weeks to subscribe. I was offered a promo code which I applied, yet got charged for the actual price without the discount. Was told a refund will be made which never happened and then the app itself is a shame... Definitely not going to renew d subscription.
2 ★ For weeks I didn't see the movie I wanted to watch. Not knowing that it's only on the PC you'd find it. I wonder why they advertise app, if they wouldn't push the updates/new uoloads there.
3 ★ Good yet more room for improvement. Some like: 1. Video Screen Rotation 2. Volume Adjustment on Video Screen 3. Brightness Adjustment on Video Screen
1 ★ It used to be #2,000 for a year later #5,000(2,000 + 3,000) for a year and now #10,000 it's expensive. You've lost me as a customer because I can't subscribe like I did with the previous plans and this surely will affect others subscribing
1 ★ After subscription I was able to watch some few new movies and since December I don't receive any new movie just the old once that have been there and when compared with other friends in nigeria it's like my is an old version.
1 ★ App stopped updating movies and now I can't watch any new movies on it. I have tried customer service twice which was a total waste. I don't pay for a subscription to receive this useless app with horrible service. You need to do better. Total waste of money. Save your money and don't subscribe. You can't also use your web browser on your phone to watch it. It will tell you to use the app.
2 ★ I can't cast using my amazon products, by this stage we should have an app for TV and all smart devices, that i have to go the extra length just to watch with the family on TV is depressing, also the search options are poor
1 ★ It is funny how the new uploads in this app used to be movies I ve seen some years ago. The only new thing in this app is the alarming subscription amount. You ve lost me already
