About the English test and certficate
The EnglishScore test is delivered on a mobile phone, so it requires different security measures and rules.
We use security features such as face monitoring technology through your smartphone’s selfie camera. You must be alone in a quiet place with your whole face clearly in the camera during the test.
These rules help give you and organisations confidence that your results are accurate and reliable.
To take the test and purchase a certificate, you will need to turn on your test security.
Once the test is complete, EnglishScore awards you with an internationally recognised CEFR level from A2 to C1 and a more detailed score between 0 and 599 aligned to the CEFR framework. This is a recognised global standard for describing language levels. You can use your CEFR score to compare results with tests such as IELTS, TOEIC and TOEFL.
The British Council EnglishScore Professional Certificate is recognised by leading employers and education institutions around the world.
You can use a Professional Certificate to help advance your career, including applying for a job or to enhance your CV.

4 ★ It's a great app to test your language level and know your strengths and weaknesses. Only thing it lacks is a speaking test, which is why I rated it with 4 stars.
4 ★ It's one of the best English testing app ever made. I got A2 on my first test. When I checked the marks, I noticed that my reading marks is almost zero. So I thought I made some mistake. So I checked again and found tha tI didn't know how to answer. So I took the test again and I got B2
5 ★ I love this app as I can test my scores by myself. But as a self studying student, I really wanted to know the answer of my sheet. But there's no way to know what did I messed up. Nothing to complain about it as I can still study and improve by myself. Have a nice day who've read this note.
4 ★ The app helped me to develop my vocabulary. However, there's need for the test to be broken into segments because spending over 40 mins at a go can discourage a lot of learners to practice. The maximum obtainable marks for each of the sections should also be known
4 ★ The application was quite decent to use my score was 462. I suggest, it should have more complications in the questions and also the accent, we observe in British people is quite like more through the nose like you know get thougher for other outlander to understand but it's a important part of British English accent.
2 ★ The whole experience of taking the test was very enjoyable but the whole point of it makes no sense if after the test I never get to know the correct explanative answers to the questions. Its a real letdown if I have to pay to know the answers of the questions in a test I take.
