1 ★ At first everything was great, but with each update, it got worse. Taking away the bio made it hard for me to decide who I wanted to add. You can't tell someone's personality based off their appearance. Then you limit to only three photos, which I guess is whatever, but definitely not an upgrade. Then there's "super request" but I haven't been able to use it, because hoop is telling me there are no new friends for me to add, which I doubt. It's not showing me anyone's profile. Please fix this.

5 ★ I think that this is a great app! It's very easy to use and u can make some cool people on there. I have no idea why but it keeps saying "not connected ", even though I have wifi. When it does this it won't let me get snap requests and I won't let me get other peoples snaps. I tried to delete my level 20 account but it still did it to a new one. Its happening to my friends too! Fix?

4 ★ Like the app so far. First day I got like 50 ads on my account. Only things I don't like are that after going back to my home screen the app will say it lost connection, I have to close the app and restart to fix this. This does not happen with any other apps on my phone. I would also prefer being able to swipe on people instead of having to go all the way to the other side of my phone to skip someone. Idk about the guys on this app, but allot of the girls only have one picture :/

4 ★ Its a unique kind of app to meet people. Its a snap extension sure but I like it. Barely any scammers trying to sell stuff or flash themselves. Only a couple issues though. It likes to crash after a few minutes on the app, it freezes on people and doesnt change, does load then jumps onto next person, and sometimes the snap names don't work or it doesnt do anything rarely. Still a good app and I enjoy using it. Keep up the good work on the servers and programming.

3 ★ App is unstable. Not saving my preferences and prompting for new entries every other time I open the app. And that's when the app actually wants to open. Otherwise the app is reasonably solid; lots of girls promoting premium snapchats (real or not), escort services, and scammers, so be extremely cautious about sending money, clicking links, or filling out forms sent to you.

1 ★ The app worked really well for about a month, then just like everyone else is saying- update comes out, and nothing works. I'll get notifications and people will randomly show up in my "Add" list or whatever, but when I go to explore I get a message saying "No new friends found, come back later!" Well I've been coming back, checking every now and then just to see if it's gotten any kind of better and it hasn't. I usually don't leave reviews, but this stuff REALLY needs to get fixed devs.

4 ★ Honestly better than I expected. Wish it had more than just a snapchat trading service and maybe actual texting. Just a thought. Also, why not make the state visible or even big cities in Europe? Otherwise, it makes it difficult for anyone to legit meet up unless they add them or get accepted. While its cool for getting to meet new people and useful for filling up snap map, the app tries too hard to focus on diamonds. Most people simply post their social media in bio and delete the app. Cool

2 ★ I didn't have a problem with it until the most recent update and I tried changing one of my photos and every photo i tried it said I couldn't use it because my face wasn't showing even though it clearly was. Also it does have a problem sometimes with being slow or glitching out and I'll have to completely close out of hoop and snap a couple times.

1 ★ The app has a few issues. One of which includes the following effects on my phone: 1. The female profiles are fake, some of them are bot accounts. Hence no verification which I think is required. 2. Glitches and will occasionally load up slowly at times. 3. Few adjustments to profile creation would be appreciated and give a much more better chance of getting a potential match with anyone. Like using filters to show interests.

1 ★ It used to be pretty good, but the recent update ruined it. Mostly, the new algorithm for face detection is completely broken, clear photos are rejected for example and it's like impossible. My profile kept getting messed up and requests got cleared out too, along with constant connection issues even w/ strong wifi. I ended up just deleting my account. Won't return to the app unless the developers care to fix it.

4 ★ Great Idea. Very simple user interface which is great for mass adoption. But definitely need to monitor scammers and "snapchat models" I saw a couple on here, other than that maybe a name change or add a description in the name, for example "Hoop -Make Friends" or "Hoop - Meet Friends", something in that sort so you can pop up more often when someone is searching for a dating/ friends app.

1 ★ Functionality worthless. The removal of bios was wholly unnecessary, and makes finding interesting people difficult. Less of a bot problem than other apps of the type but that doesn't save it. The new update pretty much made the app unusable, it barely runs. The 3 picture limit was almost definitely because they're hemorrhaging money and have to downgrade their servers. Maybe if the app didn't suck so much they wouldn't have to.

3 ★ I love this app!! I've definitely made a lot of new friends here. I just miss the bios, at least then I could sometimes see if they were someone I wanted to add, now I have to base it off of looks and age, which I don't like doing. And I don't like it being limited to 3 pictures, but I wouldn't have a problem if it didnt.delete everything but the first one...

3 ★ Honestly the app was really cool. I liked it a lot and I did meet a lot of people. However, after the update where each profile photo requires a face. Made it pretty difficult to enjoy. Even if the photo had my face in it. The software wouldn't accept it. Please restore hoop. Make it so profile photos don't need your face in it.

2 ★ I am trying to upload photos, and some even include my face, but my face is not being recognized. None of the photos I would like to use will work. I understand that this feature is for preventing unwanted circumstances, but this feature restricts users from having particular freedoms. Maybe an approval process for new photos would be useful, etc.
