1 ★ This worked well when I first got my tablet, but it now is so bad it is useless. Constant connections and disconnections. This either needs to be corrected or Lenovo needs to plan to buy back all of this equipment. Class action suits are the inevitable result if they do not do one or the other.

1 ★ Terrible... blue tooth malfunctiones, Alexa stops working constantly, Google home comes up and won't go away and even the battery charge fails sometimes . Constantly need rebooting delete it all and start from scratch and you maybe have a decent out of date tablet 😂 that Bluetooth stinks to use

3 ★ The original version of the app works reasonably well for me, but once the app updates, it starts crashing every few minutes when docked. I rolled it back as I have found advised online, and it worked fine, until, of course, it auto updated. So not I've got the tablet set to manual updates and will just update other apps manually occasionally. Kind of a pain, but I like the device otherwise. Hope the developers get a more stable update out there.

1 ★ Bluetooth connection when docked never works in this pile of junk. Don't waste time and money buying a Lenovo "smart" dock or tablet

1 ★ Most of features work great; however all of the video apps cause show mode to crash. I tried with both Ring and Wyze, and both had the same result. This is the main reason I wanted a product with show mode so its disappointing. It is also only playing music from Amazon Music rather than spotify like all my others are setnup to do. Hopefully just growing pains of a brand new product. If this is fixed, it'll be great.

2 ★ Needs work. Have all the toggles turned on to display trending topics, upcoming events etc. but it shows none of that instead sticking to a generic background with a generic tip at the bottom. These settings are totally ignored. I am able to set a custom background from my Amazon Photos... until the tablet is powered off or rebooted when it "forgets" this setting and reverts back to the default backgrounds again.

3 ★ Got this on a Lenovo Smart Tab bundle and the tablet (P10) itself is excellent. However as a long time Alexa user, I find the Alexa software on this tablet is sadly limited. From little things like being able to change the wake word, to getting reliable connections with my Arlo cameras, to having communication features like joining groups and drop-in, a software update is needed to make this a real, as described bundle.

4 ★ Updated Review! I'm using it on a Lenovo Smart Tab P10 with the Smart Dock. There were many glitches with the app and then an update became stuck in a loop. An extremely nice and helpful Amazon Alexa tech worked with me and referred the case to an engineer. I left the tab off overnight. Next day I restarted and it went through the update and Alexa set up again and now works great. There are still some limited settings, but I really was impressed with the fast response. 👍

4 ★ This application works well. I have actually purchased 7 of the Levovo Echo Shows to control my home. However, it is missing some things. The official Amazon Echo Show now displays the date above the clock on the home screen. This is missing that. Also, the device name cannot be changed from Alexa. I need the option to name them echo. Thank you.

1 ★ Terrible! Can't get Alexa to respond without tapping the screen each time then Alexa stops and I have to tap the screen again. Worse again when I accept the update (dated Aug 2019). It's now 2020! The forum suggests downloading v507 but I can't find that anywhere. I'm fed up so will uninstall Show Mode and Alexa too if possible. Sent a help request but no response! Lousy service.

1 ★ Absolutely awful. Constantly takes over screensaver. Constantly tries to connect to dock when on a different floor ofnthe house. Dock will not work without it, but i dont want it, especially when it overrides custom tablet settings. Will never make this mistake again. Not a good product. Disappointed in Lenovo.

2 ★ knowing I was buying a first gen product I've tried to be understanding and patient. While the hardware seems solid, this software simply is not and we're many months into using now. Granted some issues have been resolved with updates, but the constant disconnecting/reconnecting of Bluetooth while in dock is awful due to the noises made each time. If it didn't chime I wouldn't even be aware 99% of the time. Will happily modify rating to be higher if Lenovo can get their stuff together and fix

2 ★ When it works its ok however it misses the mark in so many ways. I bought two intending for my wife and I to use at night and then dock and use for music clock alarms ECT. No matter what I try in BT settings I can't get either tablet to ignore the wrong base and always connect to the right base. They both constantly fail to connect because they see both and stop. I eventually had to move one to the living room so can't use as intended. Number two is once connected it becomes dumb device.

3 ★ This was going to be a scathing review into how c### this app is.. It wouldn't connect, wouldn't recognise any voice, alexa would work when I was holding the tablet but never when docked - pretty much defeating the whole idea of a voice activated assistant..! The so called help/community forums online were no use whatsoever. Saying uninstall/factory reset tablet/download all the fancy numbered software updates... None of that worked. The simple fix for me was; agree to the location request! :(

2 ★ This app is completely broken, last few weeks the show more does not stay on and am left with blank screen and am now suffering with the tablet refusing to connect to the Alexa dock with the notification of such and an always on frozen screen. Am quite concerned this will cause hardware problems with my tablet. Used to work well but in it's current state is broken and useless. Have also tried all methods to fixing these issues but to no avail
