BharatPe for Merchants 2.9.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to read SMS messages.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

5 ★ Very good app, as I have been using since last one and half year. Sometime it makes trouble to clear payments but it solves definitely. Very good service because there are no direct transaction to bank accounts, it has very good wallet service you can withdrawal money anytime. Thank you, Bharat Pe.

1 ★ It is the very worst experience with BharatPe, we do have multiple Swiping Machines with different banks, but we never experienced this kind of issue with any other service providers. We have swiped 80,000/- on 16/04/2021 through BharatPe Swiping machine, and are unable to withdraw/transfer for two or three days. We thought of some technical issues, then we contacted them and uploaded invoices as they requested. So we have uploaded invoices on 18/04/2021, they said the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but the issue is not resolved. So I contacted them again after two days. They mentioned the issue is resolved, if not asked to upload error screens. So I went to the bank and took screenshots and uploaded them to them. Again they said to wait 24 hours, but I have waited three days and the issue is not resolved. So I contacted them again, they said the issue was with the customer bank, and not with BharatPe and asked me to get a letter from the bank as the amount was not disputed from the bank side. But bank people mentioned that those transactions were not disputed with the bank, it was very clear that the amount was already transferred to BharatPe successfully when we swiped, and it was shown as successful in the Credit Card app, with no issues with Credit Card Bank. Finally I have decided to file a case against the BharatPe and I informed them, they mentioned that the issue can be resolved within 24 hours and requested me to wait. So I have waited, again there was no reply and the issue was not resolved. So I called them again Today and Yesterday too. Now again they are asking me to upload invoices Today to resolve the issue. It's been almost a month, but the issue is not resolved. As per RBI rules, they should not keep the finds with them for more than three days. They should initiate the refund or transfer to the Merchant. But they are keeping funds with them and asking people to wait for months and months. So we are planning to file a case against BharatPe if the issue is not resolved immediately I have seen that so many people are facing this issue with BharatPe, I have reviewed some of their reviews on Google Play Store and iOS Play Store. These people are cheating many merchants in this way.

1 ★ Worst experiance. Any reson loan paid late its automatically check withdraw. Daily once settlement, costumer care call using bad words, it's call perday upto 20 times don't get loan this apps try to local financial best, 100k in local it's take 10k only it's clear 6 months daily 500, time but it's 98000, only given repay 118000 & 9 months payments , try to local finace it's take insurance amount extra. Werost experience in this app& loan

1 ★ Worst app I never see like this coustmer service. Loan process also very worst. I have eligibility for loan but 5 times rejected without phone call and agent verification. 5 times physical verification failed they said. Without phone call and without agent confirmation. If this continues the bharath pay app going down. This app has to develop there features to help coustmers.

1 ★ Worst app.. They will not return the deposit amount when you return the swiping machine.. I'm waiting from 3 to 4 months still not got.. every time costumer care person will listen to the problem and they keep quiet, you will not get any response and issue remain the same..

1 ★ Dont install...very poor customer care support,they dont care of their customers,sending the wrong link of customer care,they dont resolve or solve your pending paymet issues despite contineus follow up. no mail id is working,no helpline no to help you.they directly cut their hidden charges which are not suppose to charge as they are saying it is zero rental.

They used to say 1% swiping charge while installation after that they increase swiping charges and they hold the swiping amount and will say that it's a dispute transanction and we have to produce customer invoice. Don't fall into trap. It's a fraudlent app where we don't get service support and used to talk like a bot. We never get proper answer for our queries. They used to mark our transanction as dispute and they never settle the amount

1 ★ The worst payment app ever. First of all it takes time for loading all day instead of having strong internet connection. The glitches are all over. I wanted to change my bank account now I can't link any account. Where should I settle my balance now. Ridiculous!!!!!!

1 ★ Very bad experience. They could provide real service on time. We cannot withdraw our money with inappropriate reason. Since Money has already debited from bank and statement also generated. I have uploaded documents many time as they require but still issue yet not resolved. They don't have any proper system. Normal Shop person provide good service better than this people.

1 ★ Again getting the same Settlement issue.I have opted the instant settlement but they have disabled it from their side.Customer service is fully idiotic.A group of idiots are serving in the company and you have to wait more than 15 minutes to connect call then after this period your call will get disconnected automatically.Opted for call back facility but when I got the call back, the moron customer care executive pretends to get no voice response from my side and so disconnected my call.Cheaters

1 ★ Worst app for merchants. Only you can receive money through this app but can't pay through it and secondly they pretend to offering you loan but when you apply for it they will reject by stating unvalid reasons. Due to their technical glitch I was unable to do enach and they rejected the application. Try out other merchant apps which better than this.

1 ★ I use the app more than 1 year there are no issue but on 12 may 2021 I request for withdrawal from investment ac to my bank account.. The amount is not receive till date. I call the help desk they tell me every time that problem is solve within 24 hour but its not solved. Its already more then 72 hours but my problem is not solved.

1 ★ Too worst... My machine delivered June 30th. Still not working... 012 error. Complaint raised many more times. But not resolved. Plz return your machine and refund my money.

1 ★ Even after mailing at the site mentioned here no response is there. Some are getting Physical QR code for free while some are charging 99 some with 49. Might be confused or don't know clearly.

1 ★ In starting i thought this is the best app for merchant and always take payment through bharatpe only rather than paytm Or phone pe, but once i have taken the payment through bharat swipe of ₹2400 in march and till now I didn't received this amount yet and also complained on their customer support number atleast 80-90 times but i didn't get support from them. I also send them the passbook copy of customer but nothing happens. They are making fool to merchants. 🙏 Please don't use Bharatpe. Fake
