Audio Remote 1.5.16 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

2 ★ There is much room for improvement. No decent updates. App should give you the option to open to the remote control screen, which is currently only accessible through a drop down menu (?). This should be an easy app to pull off, samsung. Disappointed I am.

2 ★ So two stars for bad coding like others have said the close instructions X is where your nav bar is hidden so it renders the app useless but I have a fix. FULL FIX: go to your phones settings > display > navigation > full screen gesture. Once done go into the app and close the instructions and go to in app settings and disable tips. This will stop the instructions page from popping up ever again. Now you can turn your navigation bar back on! Still two stars until this gets fixed in general.

3 ★ For anyone that's dealing with getting stuck on the instructional page. There should be an exit button to the bottom right. Mine was covered up by the border of my display screen so everytime I open up the app, I just kinda of fish around for the exit button. It's a pain and hopefully it will get updated soon!

4 ★ NOT WORKING ON MY NEW PHONE. This worked great on my old phone (Galaxy S8) and gave me full control over my soundbar. However, my phone broke and I now have the Galaxy A71 5G. It gets stuck on the instructional page (the how-to-use screen) and and becomes completely unresponsive after that; I have to shut down the app every time. I just bought a new physical remote due to this issue, but i'd really like to see this updated for newer phone models eventually!

1 ★ **FIX - as stated in other reviews: the "Close Tutorial" is hidden if you have your Navigation buttons showing. For my Samsung Note 9, Settings > Display > Navigation Bar > select Full Screen Gesture. This will hide your nav bar and allow you to see the "Close Tutorial" option. Go back to your settings to switch back to your normal set up.** Tutorial won't close. Can't use app.

1 ★ It's stuck on the intro page. Unusable, literally won't respond to anything. After a few months of occasionally opening to see if it worked, I'm done. I believe I allowed all permission requests so there's no reason it shouldn't work.

1 ★ Completely useless. First of all there is no option on this remote to put your sound system in pairing mode. Second and more importantly it connects to your sound system via bluetooth however if you connect another bluetooth device like your TV or a record player to it it disconnects. Tell me, WHAT IS THE POINT OF A REMOTE CONTOL THAT I CAN'T USE WHEN I NEED IT? I guess if you want an app that lets you control the volume on your tv when it's turned off this is for you

3 ★ Needs to be Fixed. The initial help screen covers 99.9% of the active screen leaving .1% of the bottom of the screen to get to the next screen. Otherwise the application work well.

1 ★ Does NOT work on a Samsung galaxy s20 5g ultra. Used this app all the time on my older Samsungs (for years) with no issues. This does NOT work at all on the new device. I see many people have been having this issue. Still no progress. Uninstalling and switching to LG equipment at this point.

3 ★ This app is great but with my note 10 plus it always disconnects after running for about 20 to 25 minutes and then i have to restart the app. This issue never happened on other devices I have had, but it happens all the time on this one even after its uninstalled and reinstalled. Without this issue it deserves 5 stars.

1 ★ Something is very wrong all of a sudden with this app! It no longer allows me to change anything including settings or the remote control! The remote for sound bar is the only reason I downloaded it. Now its useless!

5 ★ It works well! I had to change my navigation buttons into full screen gestures(suggested by another user). After removing the example and enabling "do not show again", I can change back to navigation buttons but now I prefer using the full screen gestures to have more space.

1 ★ Just went to use it after not using it for awhile and now it doesn't work at all. Its stuck on some info screen. Young to uninstall and reinstall to see if that will fix it. Just reinstalled it but its doing the dame thing. To bad you can't upload images. I grabbed a screenshot of it.

1 ★ I liked this app when I got a Samsung sound bar surround for Xmas last year. Hint last year, before they updated it and what fixes did they do.... I have a Samsung S9+ that use to work with it before the update. And I recently just purchased a Samsung S20 and just for curiosity sack I thought I would see it was work... and your right can not connect to samsung sound bar! So I'm trying to find blackmart apk app , cause I'm thinking if I can install blackmart apk. It will let me download the old

2 ★ Terrible UI. Got stuck on the instructions page. The secret is to hold your 'return to menu' button and then click on settings. Turn off 'show hints' and you can now use the app. Works well after that
