1 ★ If I could give this app ZERO STARS I would. I don't know what happened it used to work so well before the update. Now It is always freezing when I log in. When I Uninstall the update it works fine, I have no problems (except with the Verizon up rewards) and it makes me update again. I have already emailed someone explaining my issue and it has been months since I have gotten a reply. You'd think one of the best servicers would have a decent, WORKING app.
1 ★ This app has never worked. I load up and it just keeps refreshing each section endlessly. Completely unusable. Cleared data, cleared cache, reinstalled, updated, it never works. It's always bugged and glitched, and worse I can't pay on the PC because it keeps loading my Fios account on the vzw website. Version's service is amazing, but their website and trying to pay your bill has been a joke for half a decade. Worst part, they won't acknowledge it at all.
5 ★ Works the way it needs to, easy to navigate, and the rewards program is nice. My only complaint, more of a mild irritation, is the ads; they slow down page loading and make it take longer to scroll to what I'm looking for.
1 ★ The app is terrible and buggy, I can log in and it pops up asking me if I want to allow this access and sends me a text but then when I approve it and return (like it tells you to) it says you have the wrong information. When I click forgot info it takes me to a blank screen. I was able to request a reset for my password using Chrome and my original session was here and when I came back to the app it had restarted at the home screen instead of doing literally nothing like it should have.
2 ★ Unworkable.A year ago I was able to use this app to check my account for: data used, payment applied, etc. For many months all I can do is wait for the cursor to stop spinning, and receive the can not connect error. Yes I have re installed, etc. So for now and possibly evermore, I will just check from my PC when I need to, or use my duckduck go app to log in and check...less time and get the same info. I have uninstalled so no more useless notifications, or 'health checks'.
2 ★ The app is awful. Constantly glitches with trying to do the simplest things (look at usage stats) and a 'bug' in the app that is never corrected is they won't show the user extra available data without digging through menu selections, likely to get customers to buy extra GBs in a panic. Been with Verizon for almost 25 years, but ready to switch.
1 ★ Have been unable to login. The app prompts for biometric login but refuses to accept it, despite no issues with the fingerprint reader for any other apps. Then it will refuse to accept my password, which I will subsequently have to change. Then upon changing it, it will either freeze or prompt me with a security question and then freeze. Chat bot is aggressively unhelpful. But hey, what's the alternative? It's not like the competing carriers are really going all out for customer service..
5 ★ The app is not for me useless the few times I have used it. But Customer service has always been a zero but at the store Max in Skokie, IL on US 41 was great! Listened , waited and helpful resolved a small problem that I had called into the toll free # CSR 3 of them weren't able to help just gave me a weeks worth of runaround. Thank you Max I hope you continue the good service you provided because I had a headache and attitude when I arrived and it left after meeting you.
1 ★ The app is largely inoperable, from a buggy log-in system to a poor troubleshooting system. Any attempt to seek help results in an endless feedback loop of unhelpful chat bots and frustrating redirection. Trying to talk to a human being is like untangling the Gordian Knot - virtually impossible. The automated system needs some serious work. Frankly, this is enough to spur me to look elsewhere for phone service. I should be able to pay my bill without a herculean struggle.
2 ★ Content is fine, but the app is laggy and regularly freezes and crashes. For me, this issue persists across devices (one old and one new) and is unaffected by data connection, wifi strength, etc. In the instances the app does not crash or freeze, loading happens seemingly out of the blue (like when sitting on one page without scrolling or clicking) and takes longer than expected. This deters users like myself from using the app for browsing, purchasing, technical support, or bill-pay.
4 ★ It is okay for the most part. At times jumping through all the hoops to get to the rewards makes me put off doing it. Having to log in because I don't like to keep this app open in case I lose my phone. Other than that, it makes it easy to see my usage, what my charges on my bill is, and easy payment. However, I'd like to see them do more for long term customer. I don't feel we are rewarded for staying loyal to the company.
1 ★ Been great like everyone says till now. Got locked out and can't reset or get back in so worthless. Can't get chat support unless signed in. Can't get call support unless called in. And no phone option help for this either. Very frustrating and ready to leave cause you can't reach a person at the Verizon store either. Messed up and see others are too. So what help are you giving? Where is the customer support peeps for this if you can't sign in and have no options to get help?
5 ★ I've used this app for the last 3 or 4 years. I'm on the road alot, and not always near a computer or somewhere with access to a Verizon store, and its been fantastic for making changes to my plans, upgrading phones or ordering devices with easy access to support if I need it. Keep up the good work. 👍
2 ★ Learn how to allow the enabling of autofill. It's so annoying that Verizon paired up with things like the Pixel 2 and the Pixel 3, but not only is there autofill screwed up, the whole app is a giant half functioning mess, and I can't even get voicemails to download since I'm limited to like 5. Screw you Verizon
1 ★ Just got a Wifi hotspot to use on a road trip. Literally every time I try to login it says "System unavailable at the moment." I've never been able to get it to work. Customer service on the phone is only available during business hours. Completely unacceptable. I've reached the point where I'm going to switch to another carrier. This is ridiculous.
