5 ★ Really a gun and simple game. I'm still not quite sure what the power bars vs distance equal, like most golf games say club goes 80 yards, then you can do the math.
2 ★ wont take long til you hate it. fun until it isnt is a great description. when it gets to isnt, forget it, it literally becomes the worst game on my phone. you will have more splash outs in one round than you will your entire disc golf career in the real world. other than that, best disc golf game available
5 ★ If you truly enjoy disc golf this game is super fun. Disc action is really close to realistic. It takes time to advance to further driving discs, but nothing in life comes easy. Even when you do get there, the game is challenging and enjoyable. Weather conditions change and effect play just like it does in real life. They created the course at Emporia this year which was a real treat, hope they add more competition level courses. Many of the other courses are modelled after real ones as well.
3 ★ From 5 to 3 stars. Twice now in a 3 day period the game froze during play and ruined my round. And now today it froze, then kicked me out of the game during a pro tour match where I only get 1 chance at and forfeited my round. Ridiculous
4 ★ Entertaining, some bugs/glitches, unrealistic in many ways. Many problems with inconsistent OB lines, and weird unpredictable tree hits/misses. Example, throw from lie if disc lands on tree or mountain top, some trees are like hitting a wall others are holograms, edge of water not OB sometimes, etc. City street curbs cause eratic behavior as well. Is the disc going to slide right over or hit it like a wall and stop on a dime with no kick back? Who knows. However, it is a fun game, sometimes.
2 ★ This game is very realistic and fun, but only 2 stars simply because of how annoying the weather can be.
4 ★ Decent game. A little buggy at times but definitely worth a try if you like discgolf :)
5 ★ I love this game. The only complaint is its impossible to advance in the game. There are no stats to increase and only get better with better discs. It's not easy to get better discs either. Even spent 4.99 and I still can't place in the top 5 on mid-level tournaments. Somewhat frustrating. But the game is awesome, highly recommended for any disc golfer
5 ★ Very realistic. And will help a beginner on their local courses. Without leaving the couch.
2 ★ Was amazing, then like everyone else said this last update has made the reaction from every contact the disk makes with the ground or a tree or anything incredibly unrealistic and frustrating. The rolls are ridiculous and their paths often make no sense at all. Before you used to be able to make it through trees with some redirection and reduction in speed, but now even hitting the edge of a branch is like hitting a brick wall with the disk dropping straight down. Disappointed.
3 ★ I love this game!! Let me start with that. Great game play, I love how real it is with the choices of discs with different speeds. Although I Google rewards you can earn so much money to use on the play store, I REALLY wish you could use money to buy more coins!! I really don't understand why that's not an option. It would bring in so much more revenue.
5 ★ Super cool app, most discs actually do fairly well flight wise as to how they would on a real discgolf course!
5 ★ Disc Golf Valley is a lot of fun, and challenging! It's hard to find good games now days, but this is one of them. For starters there's no ads, which is great, and if you want to pay for Disc packs you can. But there's no pressure to, and nor does it take away from your experience. This is how games should be developed all the time! I'm enjoying the game, and it's making me want to go play Disc Golf in the real world :). Thanks for making a great game!!
3 ★ Good graphics. Pretty realistic game play. I mainly downloaded it to be able to play friends online. I was disappointed that we aren't able to see each others throws like we can in other golf games. Hopefully that's something they will add.
4 ★ Really fun game. UI could be improved a bit. Would be nice to have easier access to the way each disc flies and perhaps a better practice mode but very well done regardless. Occasional bugs, like not being able to select the disc if a tree is behind the disc. Also I've had a disc comically bounce out 500 feet away into the air.
