Description

2 ★ Dektop is great. Intuitive, clean and loaded with customization option. The mobile app is as barebones as it gets. No leads or products tab in the app is very disappointing. As a customer, I'd expect at least the same functionality as the desktop as it relates to major features or tabs.

5 ★ Amazing! Love this CRM, it keeps me on top of my clients I need to follow up with, auto-documents calls with time and date, when I call from the app. Emails can be sent right from the app because my company email is connected. It integrates with Trello as well. I love it. The only features I wish ot had was the ability to fully add a deal on the app, where I can put in clients contact info, and that I can create my own email templates, but they do have a few email templates already setup.

4 ★ Can't easily read your previous day's activities and typing notes in the app makes for a line gap when viewing them on your PC. Not bad but could do with some improvements.

1 ★ I am unable to call directly through my pipedrive app . I have given all the permissions for the app ,but still it's not working . Request the team to kindly check this

5 ★ This is very user friendly and cool, fact that you can make calls directly from the app itself is just cool! You can improve one area and allow users to edit their contacts' numbers right from the activities section. That would be super cool!

5 ★ I have been using Pipedrive for many years. It is a leading CRM which is mobile friendly, making it very easy to keep on top of new leads and lead nurturing whilst I am in the field with clients. The feature of ensuring there is always a forward activity scheduled for all open deals is so very helpful to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

1 ★ Total scam, buyer beware! They over promise and under deliver. They make you pay for extra seats to gain usage across all your devices you need- then they refuse to give partial refund after they take your money for a year in advance. Absolute trash company, the negative reviews were right!!

2 ★ Meh. Hire a different person to do the design and structure of this app. Could be so much better.

4 ★ Very good overall. Be better if you could click into a person, do whatever, and return to where you were in the People list without having to scroll all the way down each time. Great you can log phone calls, updated to the main Pipedrive. Great to be able to update almost everything through a phone app. Could do with a simple business card scanner to help with adding contacts.

5 ★ I have been using pipedrive since about February ( 6 months) it is definitely helping me with my work, organizing connecting with customers, and trying to find them. In the last couple months i have lost the ability with the phone app to delete tasks, and discard does nothing, this may be an administrative thing but all of my managers made no changes and don't know how to fix it. therefore l'm giving 4 stars, not 5. It is still functual but i have to work around it. edit Aug 12: the fix worked!

2 ★ Great app, Great design, simple to understand and use, and the support is amazing. Being the head of a real estate brand, and having to sign up for the professional package is great, and then getting the team leaders into the same package, great. But, now they expect everyone in the company to sign up for the same package even though they don't need all the bells and whistles... Practically and economically makes no sense.... Surely they can allow their clients to alternate between users.

2 ★ For its UX and UI, it's really amazing, but I don't see any point in paying them when it lacks necessary features that its rivals are offering. It allows you to send email to your leads, but you cannot schedule that email. You cannot send your leads a sequence of emails as well. The workflows and automations are too basic and you'll always need zapier or integromat to create workflows like populating Google sheets when a lead/deal is created. Over 90% of things it can do are achievable in Notion

1 ★ If it was possible to give negative stars I would give about 400000 negative stars. From the service to the app to the support. It's just rubbish. Doesn't work at all.

1 ★ It seems that Pipedrive has paid a lot money to many Youtubers to promote their brand whereas in actual it simply crashes even while creating an account simply.. What an impression!!!

1 ★ Data entries are randomly dissapearing, import messed up 10% of all data, sync with google contacts is so random that technical team have noidea what is happening. Their support is "trying" fo hours to "help" you with no success. I am not even mentioning that the app is not able to find a person with interpunction such as Žeber or Vožen. I reported those things to them 5 years ago. Still a thing.
