The Point, an integrated loyalty program covering 25 SHKP malls, has officially debuted. Members can earn 1 point for every $1 spent at participating malls, convert to Point Dollar to spend as cash, redeem a variety of gifts and offers. Download the The Point App to register as a member to enjoy more exclusive privileges!

Other amazing features of The Point member include: member parking (contactless parking service and free parking redemption), birthday offer, redeem rewards, year-round shopping privileges, etc.

The app allows you to obtain the latest dining, parking and shopping information and updates on promotions at 27 SHKP malls quickly and easily.

3 ★ Useless, try to redeem gifts and everytime I confirm upon gift selection, the app force closes. Update - the issue lies with confirming gift with fingerprint. I managed to apply for gift with password. Please look into this.

1 ★ Don't waste time to download this. Utterly retarded and not user friendly. Fine prints on certain promotional banners, for instance, the 100 points redemption promotion on Oct 8, 2020, does not have zooming capability, and clicking them won't take you to the detailed page. The largest complaint is that there is no where to find/enter the aforementioned promotion at the starting time of the promotion, and it takes forever to load. Totally absurd.

1 ★ It was working in the past, but current version doesn't work at all: loading for a long time at every page and loading FOREVER when submitting receipts to claim points. Interesting enough that same thing also happens on iOS app, so either both apps happen to suffer the same bugs or the issue comes from the service backend. This needs to be fixed/rolled back asap or else this is simply a fraud - customers are asked to join a point program but indeed they can't really claim the points?!

1 ★ An absolutely time wasting app! Upload of receipts took 1 or 2 hours and then failed! Older story edited: Just tried to register as member but failed again and again! The iOS version and web browser registration also failed. It even failed with the iPad at the help counter of MOKO! Finally I got to fill in a paper form by hand for their back office to do the work!

1 ★ Stupid App, anyone can use any email to sign up and they don't even send a comfirmation to make sure it is the customer's email. I have at least two people to use my email to sign up. When I go install the app to change their password, it ask for the phone # + email of the account. Then why you need to ask email when you can just use phone #? This app do not care what email you use, so why should they care about your privacy? They might even share your phone #. Stay away.

1 ★ The receipt upload function is totally suck! It provides choosing photos from gallery but you can never find your most recent one. Where does it pointing to?! Idiotic design even giving feedback many times. Still suck... Shopping mall staff even didn't know much about the app, never got what we meant... definitely disappointing 😕

1 ★ Using android 9, after recent update, when done the point collection and use the android back arrow to exit, next time using theApp, it will hang at flash screen, must kill the app in task list and restart. Btw, the login user info gone after the update, please preserve the login info because may not have the login info handy when user is on road.

1 ★ Uploading shop receipts from phone photos displays phone folders in reverse order. Eg. WhatsApp photos displayed in the front of the list, effectively blocking photos just taken. Receipt photos display is thus disabled. Since letter 'W' of the string "WhatsApp" is sorted at front in reverse alphabetical order. The problem still persists after the release on related upload receipt flow on 22 Nov 2020. Already sent a detailed email to you on 15 Oct.

1 ★ The contactless parking - pay with credit card function is broken in the recent version, always shows "未能連接伺服器,請稍後再試". Tried on 2 phones, Samsung Note8 (Android 9) and Moto e5 plus (Android 8) and getting the same error. Kill app and restart phone couldn't workaround it, the only temp fix is clear app data then login with registered phone no. again but the error will return the next time you try to pay with credit card. Pls fix this as there is no other way to pay with card after change in MOKO.

1 ★ The latest version is not good. Not improving performance but slow down a lot when loading pages. Need to fix asap, otherwise discouraging users in using this app. This is a great app and I love it. Previous version was working smooth and fine. I regret update to this version .
