3 ★ Along with that, I keep tryna claim my 30 diamonds for the week check in and it keeps saying connection time out and to connect to a network when I already am. But the ads continue to work fine along with playing the stories. Even when getting the 4 diamonds at the end of a chapter when watching an ad it works, but to simply claim the 30 it isn't working. This is so irritating and rude. It's like y'all are not tryna let us fully enjoy the app🙄🤦🏾

5 ★ The new update looks great! After playing for over a week now, I have to say it is very interesting, but the good options tend to need many diamonds and I don't want to ruin the story! I love how the stories are playing out so far though! I'm having a hard time with some of the options that don't need diamonds. I definitely don't want to say that!! *sniffle* I don't like how some special chapter passes automatically activate, or at least the ones I randomly got for new books. Hardly did anything

3 ★ I've been playing this app several years and have always enjoyed it till this last update. It's a nightmare. I've emailed several times about the technical issues I'm having with no help or response. Anything and everything on the side page that opens when you click the lines to the left won't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and can get that to open till I log in. I have the same issue on several different devices so I know that's not the problem. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

3 ★ Having to wait or earn diamonds to fully read a story to your liking is frustrating, especially when the premium choices can be one after the other and they use a lot of diamonds for a prem choices. You could buy diamonds or subscribe using real money ofcourse (the game pushes you hard in this direction) but it seems a tad expensive to me.

5 ★ This game is great but it's VERY hard to get diamonds! I'm watching ads at the end of each chapter to get 2 diamonds but it not enough. Now I'm trying the "Get Free Diamonds" I really hope it works. I don't think it'll work because it's offering too many diamonds but if it does I'll change my rating to a 5. EDIT:It work I'm slowly getting diamonds from playing games with easy task!

5 ★ Hi chapters interactive stories, i love all your stories, they are great, but can u make the graphics better? In some stories the main character looks great but love interest not, and in some the love interest is handsome but the main character not, if all the faces were pretty and handsome the stories would be alot greater, i love your app and i play it every day and now im waiting for the new update of "love coach" its graet! And also make more of this friend to lovers stories. Thank you 💛

3 ★ I feel this game just gets more disappointing over time. The stories feel repetitive to me personally. It is almost impossible to earn diamonds even by watching ads because it says the video is not available. Diamonds are not cheap and if you dont have them the story turns out mediocre at best. As much as I love the game this last update was not it for me. I am going to use all my diamonds up and call it quits.

1 ★ 6/30: Sent an email to the email address and nothing. Update: they told me to send them a message through feedback, I did...still nothing and nobody cares. They just want to look like they care. The free diamonds don't work and when you issue a ticket with support they don't care to help. I had three tickets for issues and never got the rewards I earned. The stories are good, but get so expensive and there's no way for you to get through them without paying because the free rewards don't work.

3 ★ I thought that finally I found a interactive game to which i will rate five stars but it just glitches. I don't know what the problem is but it stops working most of the times. After updates? Terrible. It will take up to ten minutes to load. It's a headache. And the community it has many picture uploading related bugs. Just please fix these!

1 ★ This game would be so much fun if you could actually say what u want to say. Everytime its your turn to pick what u want to say they only give you 1 option or you have to pay for the other 2 options. Its just rediculous. Id understand more if it wasnt every SINGLE time you have to say something.

1 ★ Recently (about a week or so) i have having a hard time to open the app. I must restart my phone a couple of times for it to actually work.😠😠 Nothing has changed and am super dissapointed because i am so in love with the stories ad now i cant even read them. Am back. In the beginning every thing was fine but it keeps stopping and its really starting to annoy me. Please guys do something.

3 ★ Chapters is a great app and allows readers to earn diamonds easily, the characters and quality is great to but the there are lots of billionaire stories and its kind of getting old. I think maybe an expansion in genres and storylines, like a lgbtq story of a normal life or maybe a girl mc has to protect the male love choice. Or even the girl mc being the billionaire and the male love choice is homeless. If you enjoy billionaire love stories then I would definitely recommend this for you.♡

4 ★ I really love be chapters I've been using this for more than three years. The story they choose is really amazing. The problem is the diamonds we need to use to choose the choice is pretty more. But they do give enough story line to know about it even without using more diamonds. And I really want chapters to improve the graphics. I think they can give dress choices and normal choices like a first kiss, small dates and small bits for free. And they even let readers to create their own story.

1 ★ Right now I am having trouble with your diamonds. Like this part written extra diamonds, I have done 4 quest one requiring 34 diamonds, then 20 diamonds, then 3 diamonds and the last one 11 diamonds. On they it says I should have received them but when I return back to the game, I have not received them even now and I have tried restarting my phone still no diamonds.

4 ★ Im hooked, I've been using this for 2 years. Some of these stories have alternate endings,so you can choose your story the way you want. Other than that I rated it as 4 instead of 5 because alot of these stories are pretty written by authors. Those stories they'll end how they should. Other than that it's pretty awesome.
