CSCPay Mobile Coinless Laundry 2.19.4.4 APK requires following permissions:

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

1 ★ First time reviewing, this app is THAT bad. Literally unusable. Pixel, Galaxy, iPhone version, phones, tablets, etc... Works maybe 30% of the time, and most of those "successes" are after lengthy troubleshooting. App is updated, nothing else using bluetooth, wifi is on (tried with WiFi off) funds are available... I'm lost here. Would love the convenience, but this is everything but.

1 ★ This app is complete garbage. I've had nothing but problems with it. If you have machines with this in your dorm/apt you better hope you have a laundromat close. From the first day of using this app it's been trouble everytime I use it ranging from everything from not connecting, machines not working to app not processing payments. Also dont expect to ever get through to customer service, the automated call just hangs up on you before connecting you to anyone..

1 ★ The update has made it so that I can no longer pay with my card via the app. This is so stupid I am not able to get coins and every single card reader on every single machine does not work. Fix this immediately please I can not do my laundry. Havent had any problems until they updated the payment I have tried adding my adress and zip code and still nothing. This is stuoid.

1 ★ I haven't been able to add funds for over a week, despite correct billing information. The app will, during that time, randomly charge me $10 every so often. Additionally, the app doesn't have a feature to add more time to laundry - you can only add 8 minutes, each as an individual transaction

1 ★ App responds to washing machine but somehow will not allow me to complete the steps to start washing. I called to see what is going on and how long it will be till it is fixed. Well it apprears that the system is not properly working an we dont know when or how long till it gets fixed... Yah what an answer! Soo helpful, so now i have put my all my money on the app for a stress free day of doing laundry just to trun around an be stressed, clothes that need to be clean an cant get money back!

1 ★ This app is broken more often than not and will give you endless errors when trying to add payment options. I have received charges from this company randomly when not evening refilling the virtual wallet for laundry as well. I recommend not trusting the app as it is rampant with bugs. You are better off using coins than paying CSCPay, no matter how annoying it may be to go get them.

1 ★ I hope your HOA doesn't start with this. The app struggles with accepting payment which is a huge problem if you've poured detergent in a machine you now have no way of starting. On top of that, most places are taping this modern app to machines from the 70's which is its own host of problems. Usually after the app tells me the machine has started, I still have to push a button on the machine.on top of that, the app consistently tells me the machine is done upwards of 10 minutes before it is.

4 ★ When the equipment works its it's fantastic. The only real problem is getting equipment repairs done. It been 3 months of requests using the app. Still no repairs done. Washer door has had a broken latch since Nov of 2020. 1 dryer just completely powers down repeatedly since Nov of 2020. Getting refund if more than one failure happen is not available you must wait until the first equipment failure is processed.

1 ★ They did some of update on card security and now I can't do my laundry at my own complex. I checked what my address was listed as on my card websites, i listed them correctly, but it still refuses to take my payment. Very inconvenient, I really needed to wash my clothes. Won't even accept my cards when I swipe them, even though I went to the store and they both work. Hopefully they fix it fast.

1 ★ Purchased credit for my account, given an error code 12. Charge shows up on bank statement anyway, but no credit added to my account. So if my bank account was charged, why was there a card error that would normally mean that it was declined? What a mess. Ive even hotten a canned response about mKing sure my card info was correct, but how could they charge my debit with incorrect information?

1 ★ Like most people in the comments, I have been using this app for almost 2 years and it's started declining my card. I have had the same card registered on the app the whole time I've been using it, and now it's randomly an error..? I just wanna be able to do my laundry and not have to worry about whether or not my card will be rejected for gosh knows what reason. And the timing of the machines are off. Sometimes it notifies you, sometimes it doesn't. The app is just too inconsistent 🙄

1 ★ Our apt complex finally updated their machines to ones that use this app. First attempt to load money went fine and had no problems.The next attempt gave me an error message AVZiponly. I contacted customer service amd was told they had updated the app, make sure to list street in there. Did that,didn't work. Deleted and reinstalled. Nothing. Radio silence ever since. I only have access to a car once a week so not being able to wash clothes as needed is making errand day a nightmare. Fix this plz

1 ★ Tried rhis app twice. The first time it worked once for me and then it wouldn' t start the washer or dryerused both methods scabning and putting in the number. And yesterday did the same thing. This app has so many bugs in it. Needs to be fixed. Thank god i can use quarters to do laundry or mine would never get done. Had to ask for a refund both times. Atleast they gave vack my mone if i could give it zero stars i would

1 ★ This app has a glitch in zip code matching. Unable to add funds to my account, cant do laundry for 2 weeks now since this is the only payment option available. My card is charged with every failed attempt. Called customer service many times, no help at all. Looks like no one is going to fix this glitch and nobody cares.

5 ★ So far so good... Once you get the app figured out it works very well... You just have to make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is working... I had to go into the laundry room and then turn my Bluetooth off and turn it back on to scan again and find the machines but when it did everything worked fine...the one problem I saw is that it told me my laundry cycle was finished but it actually wasn't... Not a big deal it was just about one minute off... So far I'm loving this app
