Description
Sign in with your VIVACOM mobile number or enter an email and password. If you sign up for the first time, you will receive a confirmation SMS. On the Home screen, you'll see the current status for the mobile service you're using. Check remaining minutes, MB or SMS any time. You can activate and deactivate a roaming service and add more minutes, MB and SMS to your mobile plan. You have access to a list of all your services.
No more overdue bills! The application informs you in time. You can pay with a few clicks. You have an archive of your accounts and quick access to invoice downloads.
The application is suitable for all VIVACOM customers.

1 ★ Absolute rubbish. All lies and incompetent stuff. If you want to cancel services and you are not in bulgaria it's impossible. Vivacom are biggest scummers of all the providers. Never again will sign with them!!!!!
1 ★ Wifi has always been terrible and inconsistent, as expected of Vivacom I suppose. And being a "loyal customer" means nothing despite them constantly saying it's supposed to make you feel special and such. This status Is no different to a regular customer and is just a buzz word they like to throw around to keep you in the loop. Genuinely the worst internet provider company out there. I can't say anything good about my experience even if I wanted to. Stay away, for your sanity's sake at least.

1 ★ Много зле сте @vivacom,чакане с часове от клиентите без никакво,съдействие или след минимум 1 час някой служител,се направи,че ще ви съдейства,казва ще ви прехвърля.- прехвърлянето на този служител Николай който имате пак е часове без отговор и ти писва да ги чакаш защото нямаш часове свободни, като служителите на @vivacom и ги напускаш.-напускаш ги защото им плащаш заплатите,а те не работят.Затова аз не съм съгласен да давам пари на някой който неги е заслужил(който не работи не трябва да яде).
