1 ★ The prices and passes come to be expensive and one can book individual tickets directly (maybe sometimes with offers) or other portals. The biggest let down is abrupt glitches with their platform and even pathetic customer service. You don't want to deal with extremely slow or no resolution at all during your holidays where you are spending money and then you purchase something from Klook and cannot book it before leaving the country

1 ★ It’s my first time booking train tickets via Klook. Although the app feels easy to use, don’t be deceived! There are inconsistencies in terms and conditions. If aren’t careful, you’ll end up like me - NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND. I booked Shinkansen tickets for my family for 4. 3 out of 4 of the tickets I booked went well. I would be able to pick up at any train station via QR code. Unfortunately, there was the one with an unusual pick up condition - a physical pick up at ONE location which I

1 ★ they have taken my money without full transparency. After I paid and booked they send me the transparency information. Stating to rent a vehicle I have to provide 2 credit cards on pick up to be charged £1350.00 security deposit. I don't even own a credit card. the car rental was advertised at 309€ not £1659.00... no customer service at all. just put number 50 in a que to cancel the fraud they've set up. probably won't get a refund for weeks now either. not what you need from a holiday at all.

1 ★ I would rate it as negative starts , through this app I booked domestic flight tickets as it was showing discount , then they kept me on hold mentioning that we are confirming your booking , it is under process and then without any prior message or information they cancelled my booking. When I opened this app then only i got to know about it. Also their customer care service takes 12 hrs to respond . Highly disappointed with this app. Not at all going to recommend it to anyone.

1 ★ I booked 2 cars for my upcoming trip. 1 successfully confirmed and the other "confirming booking". I checked my credit card both payment already went thru. After so many weeks, it still same status and system refused my cancellation. None of the agents can help me. Damn frustrated with your agents. If your system it's not ready to serve customer, please remove from apps store. Don't give trouble to the customer. I found somewhere much better offer and cheaper. Words will spread.

1 ★ By far the worst app I have ever had to use! I am fairly good with tech but this took me ages to figure out. I paid for my visit package and it simply didnt show my voucher for 2 out of 3 place so I stood there looking like and idiot trying to get my voucher and could be let in. What a waste of time and money

1 ★ Worst experience with klook. Booked an activity with klook for a specified date. And one night prior to my activity the changed my date... Wanted to give zero stars. Can't book flight tickets, can't book hotels . Everything they show is no ticket found. Basically this app is not for Indians.

5 ★ Bought a lot of tickets and tours from KLOOK and it was easy and secure. It saves us some money as well as there were promo codes from time to time. Redemption of ticket(if there is) was easy. Else most of the time you just need to present the qr code at the entrance hence save you the time to line up at the ticket counter(purchasing ticket). Easy to use and very convenient. Informations given are also very detailed and easy to understand.

1 ★ They took my money without confirming the booking with the hotel, and then canceled the booking. Now my money is stuck with them for 3 to 14 working days. I suggest you skip this app and stick with Airbnb or Agoda. They have better payment processing that are consumer-friendly.

1 ★ Horrible experience with even more horrible customer support. I had booked Klook attraction pass for multiple attractions - but get this. They have separate quotas for individual and pass bookings. So the same attraction shows full when I try to reserve via pass, but is available on trying to book individually. Customer support says they cannot refund, and respond after a day.

5 ★ Beat app for discounts I've seen so far. Can be even cheaper when bundling deals (if available). So easy to use too. You can buy just before using however for more popular attractions I recommend buying in advance as some attractions require you to book. Wish I'd known about this app earlier. Also they'll reward you in Klook credits when you buy things, leave reviews about activities you've done or refer your friends.

1 ★ IT team of Klook is just incapable to resolve the technical issue of the app that had caused me to pay more than it should be as the coupon applied successfully at the logout page wasn't captured at payment. It caused me so much of hassle and inconvenience still issue is not resolved. And they never want to admit their mistakes.

1 ★ I booked a train and the confirmation was planned the day before the departure. I asked a refound and they keep 30 eur for the "service". That is really unacceptable. I had to pay the ticket at the train station. I don't understand why is possible to do that. I contacted the customer service and they don't understand the issue of that.

1 ★ The worst ever app for travelling and entertainment. I'm really not recommend everyone to use this app because it was very hard to use the ticket after purchase it, a lot of counter don't receive the ticket that I buy from klook app. Very very disappointed. The most frustrated is the customer services when I want to refund back my money. They use so many reason to refuse for the refund.

1 ★ i tried to book a packaged tour for Enchanted Kingdom for Dec 21 but after booking it the system automatically change it to Dec 19 i tried to ask for help from customer service but they cant do anything, this is about thebus trip cause u can only use it on the scheduled date. so now we wasted our money and pay double for the bustrip,. They cant do anything
