1 ★ Same as most of the other reviews, without calendar view its next to useless. Would be a worthwhile investment to develop this functionality as many of us small property owners are on the go, PLEASE!
1 ★ Needs more & more improvement. I can't open my account in any engine on my phone that's why I installed the app, but it is disappointing! Not like the website.
1 ★ There is no calendar view. You can make a booking but you can not view that booking. NO CALENDAR VIEW You can not view future bookings. You can not view anything really. Just pop in a calendar. The page real estate is taken up with 4 massive buttons...reduce them and put in a calendar view. Or make it 5 massive buttons with one a scrollable calendar. This has been on request for over 2 years from reviews that I've read. I've emailed and called the company...get no reply. Dissappointing.
1 ★ Extremely limited functionality, and it has not been improved in three years. I really wish this app was a replacemnt for their website. People like ys who run small hotels, arent sitting in the office ir front desk. I should be able to modify, search guests and reservations. A calender view would be amazing. Its a very basic app.
3 ★ Does not let you do the most basic things such as cancelling reservations and changing or switching room is almost non existent. Best just for showing what's in the system but very limited in being able to do anything when viewing in app. Does not show availability.
2 ★ The features of the App is so limited. One has to scroll to choose for the date instead of just input it and search. We cannot also look for available rooms for certain dates (we have to check in first to choose the rooms). Cannot support search for guest and other info. Very very limited
3 ★ Hi little hotelier. isn't it time for an update to add a bit more functionality in particular a user friendly calender. giving an average rating at it works fine for what is available but really hoping for some continual improvement. Thanks in advance.
1 ★ Useless since update requiring sign in everytime you use it. Get a notification of a booking, click on it, requires re login sland then doesn't take you to booking and notification cleared.
4 ★ It got better on the last update as now we can see more details about the reservations. Very handy.
1 ★ Nothing but show.. You cannot easily take a booking using this app due to lack of functionality... Only good for notifications of bookings and viewing bookings. Never receives any updates from siteminder.. S o they obviously have no interest in the product developing

2 ★ App not letting me sign in anymore..Just this message comes 'sorry something went wrong please try again later' its been a week now I've even tried re installing.
