2 ★ Cons- The customer support chat is very poor. There is no option to call and speak to a customer care executive. Screwed up in the name of automation. Tracking escalation is very poor. Can't contact the pickup/delivery partner . Overall you are left to their choice and can't do anything about it. Pros- Competitive rates. Home pickup and drop.

1 ★ The customer care is the worst. Though my consignments is lost they doesn't care. They raise the ticket and through email they close the ticket saying its resolved without confirming with customers. They don't resolve the issues. As we call the customer care they create the tickets for formality and after 24 hours we receive that the issue is resolved but it won't. Try this platform if your luck is good and your items get delivered. If consignment is lost, damaged, not delivered then there won't be any response from shiprocket. As i don't see 0 rating i had to give 1 star. Need to edit after talking to escalation team. They are very much worried about the 1* review i have provided and called me saying they will resolve the issues and asked me to give good review. After 2 days they sent an email saying my package was not packed properly and just washed their hands. These cowards just escape from the issues but expect 5* rating. The company with 0 rated customer support cheating its own customers, they don't care even if package is lost or damaged by courier partners and looting them with return freight charges for their inefficient work. Third grade company with 0 ethics.

1 ★ Worst app. For 1 refund of INR 88 they iritated me for 1 month. But still have not received it. They had told that they will refund me. But still not received. They just say will revert through mail, but in mail also they just say your ticked has been created etc etc. I had called today too but they themselves cut the call. I still have 1 more complaint god knowz when will they resolve that. Not recomended app. Worst experience ever. Do not work with this app.. had really bad experience with thm

1 ★ Pathetic service ever! They don't value customer experience. Everytime the pickup is delayed, they tell you to wait for 24hrs , again nothing happens. No resolution is provided. They just don't care, can't trust this company. I tried contacting customer support so many times, they just hear you and say there is nothing they can do and you just wait for 24 more hours, something might happen. Mailed them so many times, never got a response. FRAUD AND POOR PEOPLE!

1 ★ Pick up delayed nearly one week, everyday mail and called but nothing happens... One shipment also not delivered since 2 weeks, last 6 continues days,mailed them and called them,same one mail gets that our one support representative will reviewing your request and share you the resolution in 24 hours but nearly 6 days passed no resolution from company till now. It's getting day by day worst service. If any problems, please give clear reply that what and where is the problem occurs.

1 ★ Never use shiprocket : Bad pickup and delivery service. Would have given zero star if available. I placed an order by giving huge amount of money to them, firstly the order was picked up 2 days late. Then the order was not handed over to courier transit for 3 days. It has been around 10 days my parcel has not been received. Now they have logged out my account from the app, and I cannot login back. Bad customer service, Government post has better services than Shiprocket.

3 ★ Main issue is.. If the shipment is stucked or not delivered... We dont have any communication... We dnt know contact to whom... We must need the delivery people contact number.. So we can give that number to our clients to contact them... If our shipment is not delivered because of customers didnt attend the phone, delivery people must contact the sender person. So he can contact the customer, and re plan...

3 ★ Experience :- Wonderful concept. I used it once, but the consignment reached after 10 days. Can't blame ship rocket, fault of FedEx. App :- Good layout and easy to use, please request the team to disable that annoying message that comes 8 times a day "Nupur from shiprocket" and same thing is spammed on mail. No user likes to be spammed.

1 ★ Very bad resolution of the issue even may take more than a week after raising an issue. No auto resolution untill you yourself initiate even after weeks. Money transaction failed rate is more than 30%, which will not be helpful for customers. Not mentioning any detail related to failed transaction which results in a long dispute once the amount deducted from customers bank account. Support team is professional and eager of money.

1 ★ I was blinded by the benefits of Shiprocket initially, now I totally believe it is not an app to be used for courier servicing. After all the orders were delivered they have added "excess weight charge" for products that absolutely don't weigh more than 200-500 gms. They have put 1-3 kgs and charged me such a huge penalty. I can't receive the amount cus they have only a 7 day window gap to get it back. Thank you Shiprocket, for disrupting small businesses like ours. Never using this app again.

1 ★ Worst experience ever. My package is stuck with them for more than 20 days. They will accept the order and pickup the package and then after 14 days when you call them they will say we won't be able to ship your product outside the State. WTH wrong with your system, when I place order then only you might have said that the pincode is not serviceable. When I asked for return they said it will take around 10 days to return. And the worst experience is thier customer support.

1 ★ My packet was picked by shiprocket's partner two week back and I am still waiting for my packet. They are not able to give me a clue even after mailing, tweeting and calling customer service multiple times. Pls be careful in using such aggregators!! Better to use the courier company directly. there are many other users giving similar feedback on this forum and I should have looked at the feedback before using such a startup.

1 ★ Worst app ever.... It been 12 days but to courier agent arrived for pickup... They are just fooling wasting valuable time of their customers... Whenever we call to helpline no. They just Request to wait for 24-48hrs... 10-15 calls to helpline no. But no solution... They are taking 12 days for pickup... Then how much will they take for delivery... I'm guessing... Waste of time, money, energy... Worst experience...

1 ★ I did 5 shipment in 2 days. No shippment got picked up in 6 days after that. The coustomer service say it will it will don't worry just like a pathetic corporation. Please don't use this for your service there are many other better apps and services. They just keep messaging you add money in wallet but never will remind you on your status.

1 ★ Once you start growing your business and using this app more often , they are very keen to block your account very frequently. Poor customer care response to resolve the issue. Best part is the reason for blocking--- you account shows potenial risk. The item i am dealing in are Networking cables. Advice--- Look for alternative. Use bluedart or Delhivery personalised app. They are cheaper than this and provide ease of mind and doing business
