Kaia is offered exclusively to the individuals of our participating health insurance plans and employers at no cost. We are constantly expanding our coverage network and hope we can soon provide our best-in-class program to even more people in need of pain relief.

If you opt-in for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. Regarding the prices in other countries please contact support@kaiahealth.com. The subscription renews automatically, if it is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be debited within 24 hours of expiration of the current subscription for the next term. The current runtime of in-app subscriptions cannot be terminated. You can disable the automatic renewal feature at any time via the account settings.

Many experts are involved in the development: experienced physiotherapists, psychologists and doctors. By purchasing a subscription, you support the continuous development of Kaia. Thus we are constantly improving the app for you at no extra cost for you.
