2 ★ The older version was good because in "seat availability" option they gave an option to skip specific date means you can search any specific location train for any specific date instead the given one date only.... Kindly lok into it because in thid update we see results for entered date only
3 ★ Quite Nice, does the job everything is okay (for me,an average user) just the ads and fake news notifications are quite annoying but I guess it's their source of income so I don't mind but the fake news notifications need to go.
1 ★ Really worst experience when I try to do a booking I don't have my password and when I try to change it they say my user I'd is incorrect and no other customer care service is available ......it's 03/07/21 I am still trying to reach out to customer care but no reply now it's high time I will surely file a case against this 🤬🤬😡😡😡
1 ★ You will never get your refund at all since December 2019 i didn't get my refund but in app they will show they have already processed the money and should contact to bank but when asked this to my bank they said there was no information regarding any refund. So in short they will loot your money i will suggest to use irctc app because there is no fear of loosing your hard earned money.
1 ★ I booked ticket which had waiting list and the ticket was not confirmed after chart preparation but there no message of automatically cancellation and so clicked on cancel ticket and now its showing that you are not eligible for refund. I want my refund.
1 ★ Always problem with this app ,,yesterday i have booked 2 tickets of 2nd Ac class ..first tym i have made payment but still asking to complete payment and again i had paid ..2nd tym ticket was booked but payment has been deducted from my account two times ..always happens this to me ..once my this problem is solved,, i m going to uninstall thiss app
5 ★ Tension relief Now a days ticket booking on IRCTC is a headache. Loging in > searching trains > class > births > filling user details > payment at IRCTC website is a blunder. In my case it always got timeout and I need to login again and trying again and again is very hectic. But in IXIGO simply search train, class, birth preference and fill personal details, and after payment you need to login to your IRCTC account. Here you go your ticket is booked without any problem. Thanks a lot IXIGO.
1 ★ Nowadays this app is becoming useless.. before to track train it was so easy but nowadays it is very hard to find out with this. I was traveling in train.. though the train has reached but then also it was showing old status of train delay..it is useless..
4 ★ Everything is good. But somtime when I search train in the box of from and type station code does not respond. This time I close the app and again start for this work. Extra charges on ticket is need to reduce.
1 ★ Worst app ever.very very poor customer service response. I ve modified my booking but it's not showing in my trip list. Although I ve charged extra fee by ixigo. Always asking share ur booking id. But no result. Status showing as trip completed.
1 ★ for bus booking, whole bus is of different name (ixigo should provide bus with registration num), coach berth not in good condition, windows not opening, no punctuality at all, more than 2hrs late than commited (taking more than 12 hrs for 450kms journey)...overall cheap service not expected at ixigo platform.
1 ★ Today I tried to book two 2nd AC tickets from Gwalior to Satna. Tickets' cost is ₹2200/-, but at the time of making payment, App shows ₹2613/-, while their msg says there are no service charges. So I didn't make the payment. App befools us.
5 ★ Excellent app. Easy to view and easy to search and understand. But my password missing for booking. I am not able to book thro this mobile.
1 ★ Worst app. No ticket is booked but money got deducted from my account. I am unable to contact customer support. Any trip information is not being shown in the app.
1 ★ Worst app ever. Even if the password nd Captcha both are correct uh don't allow the booking. Ifvuh don't want the tickets to be booked then why the hell do uh run this app i will never prefer ixigo again coz even after repetitive trials my ticket wasn't booked.
