3 ★ Payments don't show up immediately after payment. This can lead to over payment. Fix this!!!
3 ★ Been using the app for months and liked it, but now it won't let me do anything until I update it, but it won't update.

1 ★ I am unable to pay my bill. The app is requiring an update. I have attempted several times and it will not update.
1 ★ Never had so many problems paying a bill. Pretty lame my money wasn't enough and an hour of my time is needed every too.
5 ★ App makes everything easy to do...
2 ★ Unable to make payments. The app keeps putting a comma instead of a decimal point between dollars and cents. When I change it to a decimal point it is changing back to a comma every time I try to submit it. I am assuming that the comma is the reason for the error message I keep getting every time. I have no problem making payments on the website!
5 ★ Great for getting your bills paid and easy to work with...
5 ★ I'm not sure what all the low ratings are about. I haven't had any trouble with this app. Maybe people are expecting too much from a simple account app, or they all have crappy slow phones! Personally I find it extremely helpful for checking my account history, current bill, updating payment methods, and looking at my power usage. You can even see your usage charted over time on a graph. The app loads quickly and hasn't crashed on me. It's easier than logging onto the desktop site for sure!
2 ★ I thought it was convenient at first, it was handy in the beginning and I had no issues, now it won't let me log in and it keeps saying my user i.d is invalid same goes for the website as well. It would be helpful if it didn't have so many bugs, definitely think they should have I.T or admins take a look and see how they can fix it.
1 ★ I literally only came on here just to say that I ended up getting rid of the app as fast as I downloaded it, thinking the payments might be made a bit easier. However, for a company with such a monopoly on people's power bills, they make way more than enough money to be able to afford a payment service that doesn't force me to add fees to an already-exorbitant bill cost, or have to share my info with not one, but TWO other websites just to pay the dang thing. I use apps and websites to pay ALL my bills and this is still the ONLY one that continues to charge me to pay my bill if I don't want them connected straight to my actual bank account. Step it up. This is silly.
5 ★ Very easy to use!
3 ★ They fix it then they can't leave it alone. They have to fix it again and break it. I don't like who they have for a processor either. They're old school. They don't save you any time with double entry, retype a 12 digit # from a earlier screen on the computer, then time out.
