1 ★ Used to be good but since the updates you have to wonder if the developers actually use it especially on a phone, simple quick reminders are gone, addresses keep showing up as partial matches, the older version was far better an easier.
3 ★ Too much information required Data mining
1 ★ Constant issues and the customer service is shocking. So disappointing as the actual app is brilliant when it works.
2 ★ All is well until the most recent update. Instead of checking all appt for the whole day through widget, you can only check appt for one particular staff. Widget bird eye view is useless. The apps can't be opened by tapping any part of the widget unlike previous version. The widget layout display is not as clear as before. Update: now my clients details disappeared randomly and the update can't be saved. I have to guess who's coming for the next appt
1 ★ Don't fix something that isn't broken! Used for 10 years for my business. Since the update, it's almost unusable. If you're looking for a diary system for your new business, don't bother with this one. It doesn't update, so you think you don't have a client, but in fact, you do. You can't always create new clients as it says can't save but won't tell you why. There's no reason why it shouldn't. Makes you look unprofessional, which is not want you want.
