2 ★ In today's match it is showing new UI. Where as everywhere else is still the old UI. It's highly inconsistant design. Filters are not working properly. Partner preference match list is even worst. I am Hindu: Gujarati too. Still there mostly is cross sign even if matches the preference of another person. Same goes for salary preference.
2 ★ App doesn't remember the last profile I opened, when I go back after viewing the profile it takes me back to the first profile or a profile to which I had sent request. Crashes after I update partner preferences. EVERY PROFILE I VISIT LATER IT APPEARS TO BE ONLINE. HAPPENS FOR NON-MEMBERS TOO. THIS IS SERIOUSLY LAME. FEEDBACK: 1. Prompt user to add a reason for rejecting request. It could be preferences or the looks. Keep it simple. 2. People accidentally accept requests provide undo option.
1 ★ Glitchy app. Recent update fixed the issue with profile pictures & settings. But came back with lot more new concerns! Cast selection in the preference tab doesn't work properly. Even after paying, getting random matches! & Too many unnecessary notifications.
1 ★ worst experience. never buy membership, instead use another platform. I bought for the one contacts which i like and that is hidden, whats the point. Also complaint 2 to 3 times but automatically closed complaints saying resolved without discussing with me. Not recommending to the one who earns money by themselves. Also at first when i started using this app, i got frequent requests and msgs but after paying they put my profile at end, so frustated now. Need to complain. app calling everyday.
1 ★ It Was Good Experience Few Months Back but As Time Passes, I don't know things are getting worst and worst... Plenty of fake profiles, no real time status showing (like showing online Nd we sent the message but no reply. And next day it shows they were online 3 days back, totally joke)... Repetitive photos, Nd many more issues... However, I personally believe it is little bit better than other platforms... Still, required lots of improvements. Thank You.
5 ★ I have made profiles on multiple matrimonial apps but I can surely say that I have had the best experience with this app. The flow and the user journey is much better than others. Also, I felt that the profiles that I came across on this app are more genuine as compared to other apps. People are easy to reach out to as well as people do respond to your requests and messages. I also used the customer service while buying the subscription and the support team was helpful too in solving my queries.

1 ★ 3rd class app, irrelevant matches shows, and filter search not saved and filtered profile not showing, once opposite interest accept requst but unable to send messages, marketing call continuously calling from agent...poor pathetic disaster useless apps,,all appsa and profile control by agent side..nothing to do both side
1 ★ it's a money making app not a matrimony app. as soon as you create a profile, you'll start receiving interests(from fake profiles) and then their relationship manager will call you and ask you to buy premium packages so that you can contact them. I used this app for 8 days in 8 days out of my 8 accepted interest 4 profiles were fake and not sure about the rest ones. stop cheating your customers. if you focus only on money then stop all your free services which are of no use.
1 ★ Matrimony apps in general are utter garbage. I have been trying out several of them as a part of a personalized project. You're forced to purchase premium memberships and once you're a premium member, some of their representatives will constantly try to contact you in an attempt to make you upgrade your membership. You will constantly get matches out of your preference, some profiles pop up as already viewed out of no where and many more issues. I won't suggest this to anyone.
4 ★ This app display proper information of Profile and Give best match profile. But some ID not identified genuien and Not reply from selected id request. So i subscribe three times...and currently third time...subscribed...so Not say result of subscription. Past two times not helpfull...me and currently given rate based on profile display and features....
5 ★ Excellent & very informative website with all primary details to proceed & all details to reach yr proper match. Quite cost effective ,lots of biodatas in all categories for any age to select yr proper match. Additional services provided are very crucial to save time.Match criteria score is very important provided by this site. I think better if option of each candidate is considered by proper programming the site.
