1 ★ Cuando haces una reservacion te ofrecen regresar tu dinero por completo si decides cancelar antes de la fecha! Pero en vez de regresarte tu dinero te regresan un cupon. Servicio al cliente es prácticamente inexistente
1 ★ Nunca uso despegar por la mala reputación que tiene. Le doy una oportunidad, hago el pago y me cancela la excursión más tarde. Estoy en medio del viaje y en vez de resolverlo behind the scenes, te la tiran para que resuelvas vos. No es mi idea de una app de viajes. Ahora la actividad esta buggeada donde me ofrecen descuentos, me ofrecen la actividad pero no se puede reservar... Primera experiencia y fue malísima. Update: no resolvieron mí problema, no caigo eos veces en una app chota.
