HOW TO CONNECT?
This application, reserved for EPS subscribers, is included in the remote monitoring service.
To log in, the username and password are identical to those for your subscriber area.

After entering your username and password, the application will automatically offer you, depending on your smartphone model, to activate facial recognition or fingerprint authentication. You will just have to let yourself be guided.
This way, you can launch your application in two clicks.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN FEATURES?
Wherever you are, the EPS application allows you to take advantage of numerous features to remotely control your alarm:
- check if your alarm system is on or off,
- turn your alarm system on or off remotely*,
- monitor current alarms,
- access the event log,
- configure your Signô notification service,
- view, create, modify and delete your keyboard codes*,
- consult your subscription invoices,
- test your equipment,
- consult the temperature in rooms equipped with our detectors.
- send us your instructions for temporary absences (departure and return date, etc.). These will allow the monitoring center to take them into account before implementing the necessary measures in the event of an alarm during your absence. You can change them at any time.
* Function requires a compatible phone equipped with fingerprint or facial recognition identification.

4 ★ L'appli EPS ne s'ouvre pas avec mon Samsung S10. Edit après appel du service technique EPS : Il faut installer l'appli HOMIRIS et désinstaller l'appli EPS. Cette opération aurait dû s'effectuer de façon automatique, me dit-on, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Problème réglé.
1 ★ Expérience avec EPS de pire en pire. Je suis tout le temps dérangée, voire harcelée pour rien, même quand je signale que tout va bien en cas de déclenchement accidentel de mon alarme. Et tant qu'à faire ils dérangent mon entourage inutilement aussi. L'application a tendance à bugger. J'espère changer de prestataire bientôt. Très déçue.
