1 ★ App sucks. Not easy to navigate and have to log in every time you narrow back to previous page.
5 ★ Having, wait times, showtime, park hours, park pictures and food options all in one place makes our trips much more enjoyable and time efficient .
2 ★ Look we need to talk about ticket order, scrolling though, removing tickets that can't be used or (at least being able to reorder the order of which you want them to appear. You haven't seen me angry til you seen me trying to scroll though the tickets left to right.... Did you wanna go left? Nope you wanna pull down. Did you wanna go right? Nope pull down and refresh. Gimme some buttons anything. That interface fills me with the furry of a thousand suns. It's so bad. I wanna cry.
5 ★ The app is great... some of the Disney cast members we're not to friendly..... and the fact there was no tram was ridiculous 🙄
5 ★ I have loved Disneyland since my first childhood visit in 1975, and go as often as I can. Having the app keeps me in touch with the park when not there, and enables me to interact when I am there. The app makes things so convenient: ordering tickets & having them on your phone, ordering food, making reservations, checking ride wait times, plus many other features I haven't even explored yet. It has made doing those things all so much easier now. A very worthwhile app to have!
1 ★ Uninstalled and installed app 3 times. Restarted phone. Cleared cache and data. Map image with wait times is still NOT loading. Does the app even support Android?
5 ★ Love the app. Have used it for years. Linking our groups tickets, accurate wait times, pre ordering food. Love it
2 ★ It's frustrating to navigate, having to go back and forth to get all your plans and info, not sure why Disneyland can't just adopt Disneyworld's format. That goes for the online website too. Disneyworld's on phone and computer is so much more intuitive and user friendly.
1 ★ Queuing system is a joke. You won't get to do Avengers or Star Wars. Don't come to Disneyland till it's fully open. It sucks.
1 ★ Continuously signs me out while at the park. It's made ordering food near impossible let alone attempting to join queues. Hope they fix this soon, especially before fast passes return. Editing this to give more info and respond to the developer. Uninstalling and reinstalling is the only way to fix it but it continues to happen. On most recent trip we had to reinstall about 5 times just to get our food.
2 ★ This is needed to do anything. If it crashes, like it did with me, you can't eat at certain places. Reply : Disney shouldn't force its guests to use the app to buy food. I did use mobile data first and then tried to switch to Disney Guest Wi-Fi with no change. Regardless, don't limit guest experiences to using technology that needs to work 100% with everyone. Not good for anyone.
2 ★ The dining reservation system isn't working. I've stayed up until midnight for 4 days in a row, trying to get reservations. The system constantly sends an error message/it shows no reservation options for days just entering the 60 day window. A few days later, only a few of the restaurants come up as options (none that I want).
4 ★ Can't sign in on this app. Can't add tickets either. Just gives a blue screen when I try to sign in.
3 ★ This is a great customer experience app. I'm updating my review since the app has recently changed. It's still great for buying tickets, ordering meals, and making reservations at restaurants. I've reduced to 3 stars given all the propaganda that now pollutes the opening page. It's very distracting and unprofessional. Hopefully they'll return to classy and useful soon. Regardless, it's primary functions are still great.
5 ★ I can not figure out how to log on for my Disney experience. Customer service hours are limited with a hour wait. I don't even know how to post this review. I have had some time to figure it out. I called customer service and they helped me. I feel like a know it all now and enjoying the app. It is great.
