4 ★ The features of this app are great. The user interface is very intuitive and attractive looking, but what really makes this app shine is the deal finder in combination with route tracking. An unstoppable combination of features that other apps are lacking. The software can be buggy sometimes, but the customer service is helpful and always answers withing 5 minutes. I really like this app because YOU can suggest features and they will put them in. Continuous improvement is really valuable.
5 ★ Im new to REI, Deal Machine has been a great help to me, they seem to have most of the things I need in a software to be successful. So far the customer service has been prompt and pleasant. Im paying for 2 different softwares rt now, and with the other (which shall remain nameless) my experience has been literally the opposite. So far it seems that Deal Machine will be a great asset even if you do have othe software that you use. The driving for dollars feature is my favorite so far!
3 ★ I initially had problems setting up my account and received a white screen. The app overall is decent but the developers need to way to load until after you scroll the map. It makes it almost unusable if you scroll too far. The autocomplete isn't very good and doesn't boost based on my location. Skip trace provides accurate info about 33% of the time. It's useful but could be so much better if they invested in proper development. This feels like cheap freelance work.
5 ★ Holy Smokes! I've been using pen and paper. This app is the most efficient solution I have found to help with D4D. Just used it for the first time and it amazing. The app tracks your route, has the owner info, purchase date, and allows you to add to list by one click. Saves sooooo much time. I've heard about it for about a year now, but never took the step to try it. I recommend the pro trial to get full effect of route tracking. So efficient! Get it now and start doing deals!!
5 ★ This app definitely made my driving & building a list much easier. I like the layout and functionality of the app. The map makes it extremely easy to add leads & your own photos so that when you go through later you know exactly which property to follow up on. I think the stories that are added on the dashboard are the best feature, motivates me. Support is also helpful and responds to your questions fast. Love the hard work put into this app.
4 ★ A useful D4D app. It works great on the chrome browser. I do have issues using the Android app. I have to open it multiple times, and the start up time is long. Data is not updated, or at least in the counties i am interested in... so I always end up having to manually check the county records for new mailing addresses and owners. There is no better alternative at this time. It is the best place to go to find ownership records, save them in a list, and push them through as MQLs then SQLs. I believe the team works hard to fix bugs, etc. so I'll still stick around and hopefully enjoy more improvements over time. They have a strong support team. I had good experiences with James and Jenny. Once it's proven as a system where I can remove the manual work I currently need to put in, I will definitely want to expand my team using this app.
1 ★ I agree with deacon weeks. This app is terrible. As I drive and and add a lead the ai pops up and asks if I want to analyze the property as I'm driving! I have to stop and click go back. Once I go back and click start driving Google street view pops up instead of the map. I can't even see or know if the previous leads I added are even there. Im literally using the app as I type this review. This is aggravating and I would never recommend this until they change how the app works.
3 ★ Good app offers solid way to track and log properties. Information is accurate for the most part in my area. Live mapping has been buggy lately, probably because of the update, but the tech team and customer service is great and on top of things. Additional add-ons are available, but can get pricey especially for solo and small operators.
5 ★ As an Investor and Wholesaler, searching for deals 24/7 in this crazy Nashville Market, I can really say this app is unmatched. It has helped me not only keep track of the houses that need some love, but the ease of which I can market to those addresses really makes a huge difference. The Map features make driving for dollars easier and safer too. I used to need a partner when driving, just to write down house numbers, now it's point and market!
3 ★ Overall the app is okay. Not sure if it's a lack of priority on improving the android app, but it is sluggish and glitchy mostly with the navigating of the app and gps related stuff. Also the 'filters' for leads needs work because my partner and I are adding a lot of houses and the 'separate by added', aka whoever added the lead is missing quiet a few making it tedious for us to keep them separate. Please fix these issues asap $90 is a lot to pay every month just to deal with stuff like this
1 ★ I bought into the hype and downloaded this app. The minute I [accidentally] click on a property, that's it. I can't move the map, I can't get out of the area the map is in, hitting back would just close the app altogether. The price is extremely expensive for an app that'll just frustrate you and make you want to do things the old way. Please justify your price point. Just because it's for 'real estate' doesn't mean your app is straight fire. PLEASE make it easier for someone who is DRIVING.
1 ★ Very disappointed. The app has it glitches on Android. Like after switching in between several apps, I needed to close the DealMachine app in to have it work again. And it wouldn't work from the first attempt anyway. The main reason why I felt left down was that in the app I was showned that I still have one day of trial, but they charged me before the trial expired. I wanted to try different providers before deciding which one suits me better. Same happened with the list engine.
1 ★ I really want to like this app. I really do, but this thing is boarder line broken. It crashes every couple of minutes and is often laggy when it does work. Seems to always be in the middle of crashing for me. I can't believe that an app that I have to pay for is in such a state of disrepair. Oh and when it crashes it takes all the other open apps down with it. I want very much to love this app and I don't like writing negative reviews. This app has so much potential. Pls fix so I can use it.
5 ★ There's alot of apps out today claiming to be the best at driving for dollars, but there could be one heavy weight champ, and that's Deal Machine! In addition, their customer service is incredible ... They are super super responsive to your needs, and they actually care about your success. So if your starting out know this ... Statics shows that most newbies get their fist deal done from driving for dollars, so why would not get the best app in the market ... DEAL MACHINE!!
4 ★ I love the built-in features of mailers and the ability to track my leads and add pictures and notes. it's also easy to add leads on the go during drive-bys. On occasion it can be difficult to find the status of mailers or boards/terms that may be outdated from what they once were when the app started. However, the service has been great to help me through any challenges.
