1 ★ Me debitaron primero 7mil pesos de mi pack mensual y al momento de acreditarse dice "ha habido un error". Probe de nuevo y lo mismo... entro a mi banco, la plata se debito, monto de 14mil pesos y hace 1 hora que estoy intentando hanlar con alguien y es IMPOSIBLE. Un robot inutil paseandome. Verguenza

1 ★ Compré un paquete de roaming que dura 7 días, la app me señala que aún me quedan 1,7 gigas y que aún están disponibles para usar pero no las puedo usar ya que aparece como que se terminaron los días del paquete cuando aún faltan 3 días.
2 ★ no es clara la información, no es práctica para el usuario
