Description
Digiicampus is your campus engagement, management, and analytics platform. The platform empowers your institution stakeholders - student, faculty, admin, staff, alumni, and parents with the smart campus technology and creates a unified digital experience in and outside the campus!
Digiicampus offers five layers of technology stack:
1. Campus Administration ERP

2. Academic and Learning Management System
Faculties and administrators can design and manage - academic curriculum, course planner, time-table, examination, grade book, student progress card, e-portfolios, cloud drive, academic calendar, and discussion forums on the CollPoll platform.
3. Workflow automation
Streamline routine tasks & campus services through inbuilt customized workflow, automate workflows to eliminate manual interventions and reduce resource requirements, launch unlimited workflows when required without any additional engineering effort and cost experience
4. Campus Collaboration and Engagement
Console to create and manage - campus communities, events, clubs & chapters, faculty-mentor, gate pass, post-admission pre-joining student engagement, surveys, polls, direct messaging, transport services, issuances, gate pass, visitor’s pass, grievance tool, library services, IT help desk, examination help desk and general administration
5. System of Intelligence
Customized management analytics dashboard to comprehend the data and understand the trends on various parameters - placement, admission, fees, feedback surveys, campus services, among others.

1 ★ Please fix this app asap. It has soo many Bugs. It takes a lot of time while loading. Whenever you open the app it's ALWAYS loading!! Not at all appreciative. Please fix it. Urgently needed.
4 ★ Many bugs But good app
1 ★ Lots of bugs in this app and the graphics are so bad. I was not able to click on the new assignment option, it shows error at the first 7 attempts and then it opens, and is shows that it is graded after submission and it also shows no marks at the same time. I dont know why i am using this application and why my college is recommending us this application, we are the student of computer science! This is what our college is teaching us. It consume 3x the time to submit as compare to other portals
5 ★ It's a very good user friendly application especially designed to meet the desired needs of the students and organisations. Organisations teaches and Students are abe to coordinate and be at the same page due to this application. I am of the opinion that every educational institution must have this application so that time and distance may not be a hindrance for the imparting and grasping education. It definitely has added to the academic performance of the nation.
5 ★ It is a boon for all like institutions, universities etc for online teaching, exam, and other activities. It is full of online features for smooth online teaching but there are some minor hiccups as well 1. There is no automatic online login attendance for students. We have to take it by other means. 2. Crashes occasionally. 3. Login through the mobile/laptop/desktop, it always allows us to open other windows or study material to access side by side which is not fruitful for CollPoll exams.
5 ★ Very satisfied with the app. I am able to upload assignments for my classes I also easily upload large files that I share with my students. I am also able to post the articles that I write exclusively for my college. This kind of exclusivity is important. 5 ★ It is a very excellent App for any academic Institutions/Organizations/Colleges/University. Everyday records like attendance of students, schudule of every class, sending links to students for online class can be effectively manage. Time bounded quizes and assignments i.e. online examinations can be effectively manage. There is also an option of open forum discussion. In a word it is very excellent App required in any academic institutions/organizations/University's.
5 ★ I am using this mobile app since 2018, It is very user friendly. It got everything such a class reminders, posting, registering events, facility booking, helpdesk, personal messaging to students and staff, publishing student's grades and attendance, conducting electing, placement sercices etc, etc. it's amazing. placement sercices. I love it . worth to use it.
5 ★ nice app. just rewriting review because im facing some problem while downloading assignments. when i click download button of the right corner of document that i wish to download, nothing happens. after sometime, i get notification that the download is unsuccessful. this isn't the case for collpoll's website, as i could download my assignments from there. site works fine, issue is with the app. Edit: That bug is gone, don't know when. Nice job collpoll team!
2 ★ It is very good app, but It still not best. Following corrections should be done 1) Now, after new updates we where not able to see remark given by teacher for assignments on mobile app as well as on website 2) There no default reminder that reminds us about quiz or assignment 2 hour before its due time. 3) In Calendar option, It shows only about timetable of classes. There must be separate calendar that only shows about assignment and quizzes.
5 ★ This is my first online app I am using to teach the students the live classes, giving assignments, can upload any type of file, picture. Of course we can edit our class time and many thing to do we have, but sometime its work, slowly but its a good option and I am taking so much experience during this pendamic period as a online learner too and faculty too .its so easy to run also and a understandable app. Keep it up and improve it day by day with using new features. 4 ★ This collpoll app is useful in many ways to know the future aspects.. but we are facing lot of issues regarding attendance and assignment submissions.. even though we attend for the whole class but we are getting absence unnecessarily this is worrying the students a lot.. This is the main reason why we are not liking the collpoll app. Please Just take few careful steps for the cause of students for not facing this issues furtherly..
3 ★ It's a good organized way of showing data. But the smoothness is a problem. It is highly time consuming and requires lots of patience to use it. It lags a lot and has a bad working on iPhones. I request CollPoll to consider this message and increase the working of CollPoll as it is the one official application used by many Educational Institutions all over India.
5 ★ I have been using Collpoll App for over an year specifically for the Placements purpose. I can easily post jobs, get applications, create announcements for students, schedule interviews etc in order to smoothly run the placement process. The app is easy to use and effective.
