1 ★ This App is without a doubt the worst App I have ever used. Constant "updates" that take me days to even access. And the wifi connection is beyond a disgrace. If I am lucky I can view my social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.) Maybe 30% of the time that I log in. Same goes for even checking my emails! What's really ironic is that usually when I use the Vodafone "test your internet speed" I get a response that it can't connect even to do that! Don't waste your money, totally useless!
4 ★ As good as it's gonna get. Been with Vodafone for over 20 years and the navigation of their online services, from them being one, if not the biggest mobile phone company in the world, are pretty poor. This pertains to onscreen navigation being frustrating to use and glitchy beyond words, to how the info is displayed on screen(far too cluttered) to options not working properly when selected. This is mostly on their website to be fair, so the App is better than this but not perfect either.
1 ★ How you can apply an update then say that we have to wait until the update is available in the store, would it not be a better idea to format it on Google play first then inform customers of updates, locked out of an app waiting for an update is a pretty basic fix for a company that's supposed to specialise in this Field
3 ★ A lot of junk on homepage so takes ages to load. Better when they had the basic login and you can choose what next instead of having to wait till all the "not interested in" stuff is loaded before you can move on.
1 ★ literally cannot top up because it won’t add my card.......???? why change anything when it works perfectly fine before and then end up breaking a crucial component like saving card details.... doesn't even let you top up as a once-off either so I could have done that instead but no, nope, NEED to save the details which it won’t. :) great. 10/10 at being 0/10
1 ★ Told to up date app,to continue to use app,it won't leave me up date,ridiculous service,why Vodafone cant just leave app as is ,I just don't understand, this constant requirement to update,is ridiculous considering moving to another provider at this stage
5 ★ I really think this app has improved over the years, the information is always so accurate. The live chat feature is so handy anytime I've used it I have always gotten a fast response.
5 ★ Love it.. Just moved to Vodafone for the first time and everything is done so much better then previous network. Got set up in one day and phone arrived on Friday morning after ordering on Wednesday night. But the whole app experience is unbelievable I really love it and I never leave reviews but in this case I had to. App to super fast and your in control of your whole account. Pay bills in advance which is a great little touch. Discount codes and competitions to enter. Love it 😜🤯
1 ★ The app somehow has taken a step back and now.i can't top up. See my data usage. Or anything else useful. But wow I won a free headspace trial. I'm also owed 60 quid and not one of the SIX agents I spoke to can sort it. They are either not trained to do it or I've been cut off. Literally useless. Been with Vodafone for nearly 20 years. Again. USELESS!!!!
1 ★ Doesn't show me any details. Only shows me that my line is inactive, although my line is active and i've been using it for the past 2 months. I even topped up from the app yesterday thinking that might solve the issue, but no luck. What's the point of the app if it can't even detect an active line?
3 ★ " Update your app" I go to update the app "sorry there's no updates available at the moment but you can't actually use the app until you update" 😑 seriously annoying and it happens way too often.
1 ★ Whenever i try to add a payment method to top up it takes me through the process but never ends up recording the details and i have to go to the website to top up. And the constant crashing of the app. Hands down the worst network provider app I've used so far.
5 ★ This is a great app, it tells me my bill, how many minutes i have left. The app is great there is more.
1 ★ Forever needing updating. Slow to open. Seems to be designed to be beneficial to Vodafone rather than their customers.
4 ★ Its easy to use and always has new updates. Can sometimes be a bit slow loading but nothing's perfect in this world. Love how it tells me how much data I have used and my bill so far
