5 ★ Nothing to worry. This phone front camera it's amazing. I will take it as a Bonus also the very clear screen and easy to see any caracters whatever in the day or in the light very clever light adjustments. My phone it's old and unstable it maybe an hardware failures with the internal softw. The keyboard delay of time some time minutes . My microphone it's not working correctly and the users can ear me crackl Tried full reset but it make it worse. Looking for an update
2 ★ The app package would have been a great one if my HTC 10 Evo's Sense Home worked. It's always notifying me to 'Let Sense Home access Facebook' but once I click the button, I'm directed to an error page. It's a very frustrating process. You should work on that.
1 ★ These developers do not care. There are no answers to our reviews. HTC had not improved at all, it just gotten worse. I have a HTC U11 and this phone is driving me crazy! I got to restart my phone constantly. No able to receive codes on text (message app) to sign up into my apps, and the screen goes black every time I do something on it. Internet connection gets interrupted 24/7. Pure garbage. I have been a customer for 15 years, but no more!! Unless, things get fixed soon.
1 ★ Can no longer use or download certain apps on my htc one mini 2. Battery has suddenly depleted. WiFi reception is rubbish. It's getting worse. I've had my phone for three years, and it looks like things are just being turned off. No customer care.
1 ★ Someone please tell the development team to please Stop "Helping"... each new version breaks more things than the last and removes basic functions that were handy Please test the version on a few platforms before its released. At least make it easy to revert to a previous version. Geez...
1 ★ Htc is legging behind in android software and security patches. htc desire 10 pro is not having any updates and is operating on android version 6 that is marshmellow Security patch is not updated since 2016. Poorly on providing updates.
